It was delicious! It might be a bit pricey, but I think it's okay to pay this much for something truly delicious! I finally went to that Vietnamese restaurant for lunch that I'd been wanting to try for a while. It was around 12:30 pm on the last day of the three-day weekend. Even though it's right by the station, it's on the 4th floor of a mixed-use building, so you wouldn't expect many people to go there, but it was almost full! It was clean and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I had the lunch set with beef noodles, called 'Banh Cuon' I think? It came with fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls first, and the fresh spring rolls were so chewy! But the fresh vegetables inside were also delicious. A little while later, the beef noodles arrived! There were three kinds of meat: a crescent-shaped piece that was like ham?, two pieces of each kind of meat, and one piece of cartilage? or pork leg-like meat (I wasn't sure how to eat it). The soup was a flavor I'd never tasted before, it was so delicious! It tasted like a shellfish broth, maybe? There was also a lemon and two slices of chili pepper on the side. They were delicious too! Adding the lemon halfway through changed the flavor to a more Asian taste! And the chili pepper, even though it was small, was surprisingly spicy! It completely changed the impression of the noodles, having it or not. It was amazing! And finally, I got to have a pudding, which made for a very satisfying lunch! 💯 When I left around 1 pm, there was a line of people waiting! I'd like to come back for dinner with a reservation next time! I was so impressed that I forgot to buy some beef noodles to take home. Almost everything seemed to be available for takeout! ✨

I had pho at Saigon Majestic, an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located in front of the north exit of Kinshicho Station. I ordered the special chicken pho. The broth was a bit sweet. The special included several types of chicken, including gizzards, in addition to the peach. Cilantro, bean sprouts, and lemon were served separately. And, even though it's a noodle soup, a similar-tasting broth came with it. 🤔 Is this the authentic style? Thank you for the meal.

I went for lunch! The soup had an authentic flavor, but it didn't have cilantro, so it felt a little lacking. 🌿 I wonder if I could have ordered it separately? The spring rolls had a chewy wrapper. (The sauce wasn't chili sauce.) I'd like to try it with cilantro next time! 😊✨

The banh mi was half-cut, making it easy to eat. However, the bread was a bit hard and difficult to chew. On my second visit, the bread was much easier to eat! The pâté was different from what I expected.

They didn't put cilantro in from the start, the lunch deal is a steal! I had the rice noodles, which were a bit small in portion, so I also ordered the Vietnamese stir-fried noodles. The net shrimp fry had shrimp inside, along with some kind of fish paste, and it was decent, but not very shrimpy. The Vietnamese-style okonomiyaki had plenty of vegetables and was tasty. You can even get refills on the vegetables, making it a healthy and filling meal.
