## Features Free Wi-Fi available. No power outlets. Located in a back alley, the shop's door handle is shaped like a shovel, making it fun from the moment you enter. Previously, cheesecake was only available on weekends, but it seems they now offer it on weekdays as well. ## Order Basque Cheesecake - ¥700 Plan Chai - ¥650 ## Texture While creamy and smooth, it has a light texture. ## Flavor The cheesecake has a well-developed crust, offering a toasty aroma and a rich, milky flavor. ## Other The staff's gentle demeanor left a very positive impression.

The smooth, melt-in-your-mouth Basque cheesecake is delicious (○・∀・○)! The firm, classic pudding is also fantastic (∩´∀`∩). It's a joy to enjoy these sweets with authentic coffee.♡♡ I visited 'SR Coffee Roaster & Bar', a popular roastery coffee shop located in a back alley in Kayabacho, for the first time.⭐️ I went there to try the Basque cheesecake, which is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It's great that you can choose from seven different types of coffee beans.♡ ——Time of Visit—— Sunday cafe ——Reservation—— No reservation Waiting time (about 15 minutes) I arrived at 3:05 PM on Sunday. I waited on the bench right by the entrance, but at 3:20 PM, they said they could seat me at the neighboring craft beer shop if I wanted. I placed my order and paid, then moved to the next shop. Although they are separate businesses, they seem to have a cooperative system in place, as they started their day at the same time. ——Occasion—— With family (2 people) ——Cost—— ¥1,000 - ¥1,500 ——Food—— ▶Basque Cheesecake The surface has a nice, toasty brown color, but the inside is smooth and melts in your mouth (○・∀・○). It's not very sour and the sweetness is just right, so it's light and delicious ( ˶¯ 灬¯˵). ▶Classic Pudding It's a firm, old-fashioned classic pudding with a strong egg flavor that's delicious (∩´∀`∩). The caramel is also slightly bitter, creating a great balance with the sweetness.♡ ▶Drip Coffee I chose the Brazil Transatlantic Espresso Blend from the seven options. It has a deep sweetness like caramel and dark chocolate, with a hint of fruity acidity. It's clean and easy to drink, with a moderate bitterness.♡ ——Menu—— ◇Basque Cheesecake ¥700 ◇Classic Pudding ¥650 ◇Drip Coffee R ¥600 ——Service—— The service is very attentive. They will explain the coffee in detail. ——Value—— Value for money ——Ambiance—— Cookie tins and juices are sold at the entrance. There's a counter along the wall with only 10 seats, making it a cozy space. This time, I used the neighboring craft beer shop. The interior was blue-themed. ——Would I revisit?—— ★★★★☆ I would definitely go back!

The shop is located in a back alley a short walk from Kayabacho Station, and it's easy to miss if you're not paying attention. It's a small place with only 10 counter seats. They only accept cashless payments, no cash. The atmosphere is great, with upbeat music and a unique vibe. The lemon soda is bubbly and has a nice lemon flavor. The pudding wasn't too firm, but it was still nice and springy. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were also very kind and helpful, so I'd definitely like to come back again if I get the chance.

This stylish cafe tucked away in a back alley offers surprisingly affordable desserts. ❤️ I spotted a sign for a peach-topped *pudding a la mode* and was immediately drawn in. ❤️ The cafe shares space with a wine bar, creating an interesting layout. The cafe is at the front, the wine bar at the back, with a shared counter. As you enter, you'll find a coffee roaster on your right, where they roast the beans fresh. You order your cafe menu items at the counter, pay, and then wait for your food at your table. The cafe has a very stylish atmosphere. With only about 10 counter seats, it might feel a bit cramped if it's busy, but it's a charming and lovely space. ◆ Cheese Cake ¥700 ◆ Pudding a la mode ¥980 ◆ Drip Coffee ¥600 (choose from a variety of beans) ◆ Chai Latte (hot) ¥650 We paid with PayPay and shared the desserts. There are about 7 different types of drip coffee to choose from at the counter. The *pudding a la mode* was a delight. The pudding was firm and bouncy, topped with fresh peaches and a scoop of milk ice cream. It was a luxurious and satisfying dessert. It was sweet, but incredibly delicious! Another highlight was the Basque cheesecake. It turns out that it used to be only available on certain days of the week, but it was available on this day. The cheesecake was rich and creamy, with a decadent, melty cheese flavor. It was absolutely delicious. I didn't actually plan on going to this cafe, but it turned out to be one I had bookmarked! 😂 This cafe has a sister store in Hirakawa-cho. ☕

I was going to Kayabacho, so I looked up coffee stands and decided to check this one out. It's a bit tucked away, a hidden gem of a coffee shop. I was in the middle of a fast and could only drink coffee, so I was lucky to be able to enjoy some delicious coffee. It was hard to resist the temptation of the Basque cheesecake and pudding, which looked so delicious, but I'll save that for next time.
