I've been trying to visit this place for a while now, but it was always packed or closed for preparation. Finally, I was able to get in today!! I ordered the Helena Bonham Burger (with avocado), a small bun, iced coffee, and mashed potatoes. ππ₯€π₯ Even with the smaller bun, it was still quite a lot of food! The bun, meat, and vegetables all had a nice texture, and it was delicious until the very last bite. π Thank you! π
I visited for lunch on the weekend. I arrived right when they opened, so I was able to get in without waiting. The restaurant only has counter seating. It might not be suitable for people who are concerned about their clothes smelling like food. The mashed potatoes served with the burger were unusual, which was a nice touch π. The burger was delicious and had a good meaty flavor π.
While running errands in Shibuya, I decided to try out the Woopee for lunch, a place I'd been wanting to visit. The enticing aroma of charcoal grilling drew me in as I approached. The restaurant itself is cozy, with about 10 seats. I ordered the "Sarah Jessica" double cheeseburger with jalapeΓ±os and mashed potatoes on the side. As I watched the food being prepared, I realized the patty and bun were both larger than I expected, which was quite impressive. The seasoning was relatively simple, with a focus on spices, but the saltiness was a bit strong. The mashed potatoes were a nice counterpoint with their milder flavor, so I enjoyed alternating between the two. The portion size was as substantial as it looked, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my meal. Thank you for the delicious food.
Being a Tabelog Hundred Famous Restaurants, I went there with high expectations at 2:30 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant has only counter seats and two tables on the terrace, so there was one group waiting. I remember it took about 10 minutes from ordering to serving. I ordered the Whoopie Gold Burger. The buns were crispy and thick, so it was very satisfying. Maybe I had too high expectations, but the patty was too salty, and the fries were also too salty. The atmosphere was more like a bar under an elevated railway than a diner, which was good.
My second visit! This time I had the avocado burger. I also got onion rings! I was so satisfied! It was so delicious that my brain was overflowing with happiness hormones! I went there specifically for the summer-only side dish, the grilled summer vegetables, but I completely forgot when I ordered. I had mashed potatoes instead. I'll have to try the grilled vegetables next time!
