My stomach was rumbling, so I checked Google Maps for nearby places and decided to come here! It was pretty lively even late at night. The food was delicious! They have a wide variety of vegan options, which explains why there are so many foreign tourists during the day. I definitely plan to drop by again late at night! This place is perfect for miso ramen lovers! P.S. Be careful of the second counter seat from the entrance, it might leak when it rains! 😂

Aburi Miso Ramen Men Takumi Shinbusakiya Shibuya is a ramen shop that seems to be popular with foreign tourists. When I visited, many foreigners were enjoying their meals. The rich, flavorful dipping sauce is a standout feature. Personally, I found the flavor to be very much to my liking, but some might find it a bit salty. While the salt content might be on the higher side, it also allows you to enjoy a richly flavored soup. For miso ramen lovers, this bowl is irresistible. If you're concerned about the saltiness, it might be wise to eat it in moderation. Nevertheless, I enjoyed a satisfying and delicious bowl of ramen.

A refreshing miso ramen. The free ginger you can add makes it even more refreshing. I prefer rich flavors, so it wasn't filling enough for me, but the light soup and gluten-free focus make it healthy and guilt-free. You can also choose to have just noodles and bean sprouts, making it a perfect solution for those who are on a diet but crave miso ramen. I ordered the brown rice noodles and extra meat. The chewy brown rice noodles have a nutty aroma reminiscent of soba noodles, which is addictive. I love them. The thick menma (fermented bamboo shoots) are delicious. I added butter, but it remained refreshing, so it wasn't necessary. The original broth is already light, so it doesn't turn into the miso butter corn ramen you might imagine. The char siu (roasted pork) is tender and flavorful. The karaage (fried chicken) is thin but crispy, and I wonder if it's also gluten-free? It's a light and satisfying dish. The gyoza (dumplings) are simply delicious. This ramen is gentle on the stomach after a night of drinking. It doesn't leave you feeling bloated, and you can go home feeling refreshed. Brown rice noodles are a bit pricey, but for a post-drinking ramen, it's a good way to treat yourself with nutritious food.

The grilled miso ramen is incredibly delicious. It pairs perfectly with beer. They also seem to have vegan options, which is popular with foreigners. They support Cambodian education initiatives and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. It's quite spacious with a second floor. I'll definitely be back.

Located about an 8-minute walk from Shibuya Station, this ramen shop, "Shinbusakiya", is a place I visit occasionally when I'm in Shibuya. I usually order the miso ramen, but this time I tried the "Aburi Ramen Shio" (¥950) with half a portion of noodles. It was honestly so delicious! (๑>◡<๑)
