The interior has more of a sports bar vibe than a diner, almost like an American football locker room. The cute, pop art gorilla illustrations scattered throughout are a nice touch. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger (180 grams). The 360-gram burger seems to be their signature, but even for me, an adult male, 180 grams was plenty. I believe a hamburger's flavor comes down to the bun, sauce, and patty, and this one was fantastic. The bun had a nice crispy texture, and the patty was thick and juicy. There's BBQ sauce on the table, but honestly, the patty is so well-seasoned that it's better without it. The fries were more like potato chips in texture, and I wish there had been a bit more. Pickles aren't included by default, so you have to pay extra for them, but I highly recommend them. They're not thinly sliced, but cut into large chunks, giving them a satisfyingly chunky texture. It was definitely worth the extra cost. The service was excellent, making this a truly great place. I'll definitely be back.

The juicy burger was absolutely delicious!! The thickness of the meat is unlike any other burger joint. It was truly amazing. The photo shows a luxurious dish with bacon arranged in a 3x3 pattern. I also ordered nachos. The smoked bacon was thick and satisfying, and with three thick patties, it was quite a challenge to finish, but I was completely satisfied. The meat wasn't overly juicy, so it didn't get soggy, which was a plus. The nachos were spicy in some places, but they were so good I'm glad I ordered them. It's probably best to eat them while they're still warm.

I visit this place when I'm craving a hearty burger. I love the feeling of really eating meat. When I'm with a group, we always order nachos too!

This place serves burgers that are all about the meat! Meat! Meat! It made me question what I've been eating all this time. The "ゴリゴリ Burger" (¥2,000) features two large, smashed patties and cheese. It's a simple but satisfying flavor, with a hefty 360g of pure meaty goodness. I actually liked that it doesn't come with any vegetables unless you customize it. The patties are freshly grilled, so hot you can barely hold them when they arrive, which I loved. You can add some flavor with the "ゴリゴリ Sauce" on the table. It's a barbecue sauce, but with a fruity twist that really enhances the meaty flavor. I also ordered a 275ml bottle of Tokorozawa Beer (¥800), a local craft brew, making for a perfect solo dining experience. Ordering is done via QR code, and you take your table number to the counter for payment. They accept transportation IC cards, various QR code payment methods, and credit cards. The staff was friendly and attentive. For a burger this meaty in Roppongi, I think it's a great value! Thanks for the delicious meal.

Located about a 3-4 minute walk from Roppongi Station. I heard this was a popular spot for my American friend who came to Japan, so I decided to try it out. You can view the menu and order using the QR code on the table. The wall displays instructions on how to eat the "ゴリゴリバーガー" (ゴリゴリ burger). But, I think my way of eating it is the best. It reminded me of American flavors. The seating capacity isn't very large, so make a reservation if you're going with a big group. The interior is very clean and tidy. Everyone, please stop by! You're sure to become a fan!
