My friends and I went to Shinmaru Rigoletto on a Friday night for a long-awaited reunion. The restaurant was bustling as usual, and the staff were incredibly busy. The 1-pound steak (Β₯5,800), limited to only 5 servings a day, was unfortunately sold out, but the rib-eye steak was juicy and had a perfect balance of fat and meat. We enjoyed a variety of Italian dishes, including ham Serrano, Margherita pizza, fritters, and salad, while indulging in bottles of champagne, white wine, and red wine! As expected of Rigoletto, the atmosphere, food, and staff were all top-notch! Thank you for the delicious meal!
I absolutely love their Spanish and Italian cuisine! I've been a regular at the Rigolored Shinmaru Building branch since it opened. Before having kids, I used to go there mostly for dinner, but now I mainly go for lunch. The price, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. Looking at the dinner menu, there's been a slight price increase, but for this quality, the price is still amazing π
The prices are very reasonable. A bottle of house wine is only Β₯3,300, which is a great deal. They also have sparkling wine, and although the bottles aren't placed on the table, they served us glasses at just the right time, ensuring they were never empty. We ordered a Caesar salad, shrimp fritters, and a 1-pound steak, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere is also very relaxed, making it perfect for dates, drinks with colleagues, or friends. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
Today, I chose a table on the terrace instead of inside. The location with a view of Tokyo Station was open and airy, which was nice. Dining on the terrace involves ordering and paying at the bar counter, and then picking up your food when the bell rings. I ordered the Scallop Genovese and Margherita. The Genovese is my favorite pasta, and I always order it when I visit. The chewy pasta was coated in a rich sauce, and I highly recommend it. The Margherita was delicious, as you'd expect from something cooked in a wood-fired oven. The only downside was that the side plate was not completely clean, and I had to ask for a replacement. I was reassured by the use of ingredients like chemical-free seasonings and organic sugar. ^_^
I made a reservation for Wednesday at 5:30 PM and went in. It was about 50% full at that time, but by 7:30 PM it was almost full. My partner and I, both in our 60s, enjoyed eggplant cheese gratin, small shrimp ajillo, whitebait peperoncino with garlic bread, and more. The olive oil was very refreshing and delicious. The peperoncino was also delicious. The beer and highball went well with the meal. We were able to chat for 3 hours and the bill came to around Β₯12,000. I'm looking forward to coming back again. The only reason I deducted a point is because there was a group of four next to us who were quite noisy and it was hard to hear each other. Maybe a gentle reminder would have been appropriate. The food came out at a reasonable pace and wasn't a concern. The service was just right.
