Located in the basement of a department store, the shop itself is small, but it's filled with stylish and delicious-looking breads! There's also a refrigerated section, and this time I bought two kinds of éclairs that caught my eye. The long, slightly rustic look feels authentic. ^^ * Chocolate éclair ¥290 Bitter chocolate cream flavor * Caramel éclair ¥290 Rich caramel cream The éclair dough is a bit light, with a nice crispy texture that I enjoyed. Delicious! The price is also affordable, which is great!!

The bakery "Maison Kayser Shop Nihonbashi Takashimaya Store" in Nihonbashi is located inside the Takashimaya department store. It offers a wonderful selection of high-quality breads. I was surprised by the incredibly large size of the croissants. The buttery aroma was strong and the satisfaction level was amazing. The edamame cheese bacon bread was also very delicious! While it's a bit pricier than your average bakery, the quality and volume make it totally worth the price. Bread lovers should definitely check it out! I highly recommend stopping by when you're shopping at Nihonbashi Takashimaya.

Maison Kayser's Chou Parisien Located a 2-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station, I visited "Maison Kayser Shop Nihonbashi Takashimaya Store." Arriving around 11:30 am on a Saturday, the store was crowded, but I was able to check out quickly. I purchased a Chou Parisien for 370 yen. The Chou Parisien has a generous amount of fresh cream and custard cream in the opening of the pastry. The rich cream pairs well with the crispy crust, making it delicious. I enjoyed it until the very last bite.

This Parisian bakery landed in Japan in 2001. While not cheap, it's not overly expensive either, and its convenient location makes it very practical. This particular branch is for takeout only. This time, I had someone pick up the bread for me, so this review is only about the taste. I bought six items for 2516 yen. Each item ranged from the late 300s to the 400s yen. Considering it's located inside Takashimaya, directly connected to the station, it's just about within the acceptable range. Thank you for the meal.

While browsing through Nihonbashi Takashimaya, I stopped by "Maison Kayser Shop Nihonbashi Takashimaya Store" to pick up some bread for breakfast the next day. There were so many different kinds of bread, from chocolate to Danish pastries, all looking so delicious that I couldn't decide. In the end, I went with a croissant and a chewy ciabatta. The flaky, soft croissant and the chewy ciabatta were both delicious breads that were perfect for breakfast!
