I came here looking for a good drink to enjoy after the sauna at Ryogoku Yuya Edoyu. The shop itself, as its name suggests, is stylish with distillation equipment like science lab instruments. Just looking at it was satisfying, and I got a great photo for Instagram! They make their drinks using distilled extracts, so I ordered a ginger soda and a ginger coffee. I was blown away by the taste. The ginger flavor lingered in my mouth after each sip, and it was incredibly delicious. I think it was a perfect drink after the sauna. The staff were friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable.

I recently visited a cafe that feels like a science lab, located about a 10-minute walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station. *Note: Only takeout is available.* ◯ Cold Brew Coffee with Milk ¥500 Upon entering, I was greeted by scientific equipment, creating a sense of excitement! The coffee itself was decent, nothing extraordinary. However, they have other intriguing options like ginger drinks and a special drink of the day, which I'd like to try next time. ◯ Note: Across the street, there's a sister store selling small goods and moss terrariums, definitely worth checking out!

This is a takeout-only shop that serves cold-brew coffee, cold-brew coffee with milk, and other beverages. As the name "Science Lab" suggests, they use beakers for their coffee extraction! The shop is filled with science-themed items, making it a fun place to spend time while waiting for your drink. I will definitely visit again.

A distillery where you can enjoy takeout drinks. I was interested in herb distillation and was shown the still. There is a large still in the shop. The original ginger ale made with the still looks delicious! It is said to be made with rare pesticide-free ginger. The staff are also very nice.

A takeout-only specialty coffee shop from a chain known for its dominant presence. Compared to the stylish cafes in the area, it offers a more affordable option. I purchased the "Traditional Cold Brew Black" (¥400 including tax).
