It was a weekday, but Roppongi Hills was bustling with people! There were a lot of people working. I was wondering if I'd be able to find a seat, but there was plenty of space in the late afternoon! There were also charging stations, and since I just wanted to take a break, I grabbed a small seat with armrests. I had a chocolate mousse latte, iced. It was a delicious latte with a rich, fragrant flavor, topped with a fluffy chocolate mousse.

This Starbucks is located in the Roppongi Hills complex, just a 4-5 minute walk from Roppongi Station. It's easy to find because there's a terrace seating area right in front of the long escalator you take when you walk from the station. There's also indoor seating and the ordering counter inside the automatic doors next to the terrace. The indoor seating area has a large table in the center, which is popular with solo diners and people working. There are also counter seats and smaller tables around the perimeter. The terrace seating is more spacious. There aren't many seats, so it's usually pretty full after the afternoon. I went on a weekend evening and was lucky to find a spot on the terrace. I ordered an Americano, which is unusual for me. I know, I know, it's not that unusual. This Americano was on the lighter side, not too acidic, and very smooth.

After searching high and low, I finally found the Reserve store. The beautiful mermaid's curly hair and tail were a sight to behold. I used my reward to order an iced caramel macchiato, with almond milk, light ice, and extra caramel sauce. After using my reward, I only had to pay 81 yen. It was such a steal! #848

A hidden gem, the "Lounge Store" Located right after you get off the escalator on the right side, facing the counter on the 2nd floor West Walk store! (I got lost on the 1st floor and had to go back up to the 2nd floor, lol.) They secretly resumed their seasonal-only seminars starting with the 2022 holiday season🎄. I happened to find out about it in 2023 and hurriedly signed up. It was a coincidence, but I'm glad I found the "Lounge Store"! I also went there for the 2024 Valentine's Day🍫 event. The explanations were easy to understand and included some humor. Also, the welcome drink, a "Gianduja Chocolate Mocha" (changed to oat milk with added espresso), was delicious with its sweet aftertaste and a touch of adult bitterness! 【Gianduja】A mixture of roasted nut paste and chocolate. ☕ Roppongi Hills Mori Tower 1st floor ☕ Renewed and reopened on July 16, 2014 ☕ Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM ☕ Sat: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ☕ Sun/Holidays: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM ☕ "Starbucks Business Station" for business professionals ☕ Previously 2 hours, now 1 hour for ¥2,200 ☕ No more souvenirs for seminar participants, but the content is even more enjoyable. There's a sense of security with three veteran and new black RTs. The interior is like a foreign Starbucks (I've only seen it in magazines, lol), with a design that accommodates meetings. The single-person sofas look comfortable. I'll definitely stop by whenever I'm in Roppongi! Thank you. I look forward to your continued support.🙇❤️

This Starbucks is located on the first floor of Roppongi Hills. Roppongi Hills Mori Tower has Starbucks on the first and second floors, and the two stores are easily accessible by elevator. This Starbucks has the most power outlets in the Roppongi area, so it's particularly popular with laptop users. There are over 30 seats with power outlets. However, there are signs asking customers to refrain from using power outlets on weekends and holidays. The first floor Starbucks seemed less crowded than the one on the second floor (Roppongi Hills main lobby), so if the second floor Starbucks is crowded, it's a good idea to use this one on the first floor.
