This is a chain of retro-style cafes with several locations in the Joto district. They are known for their nostalgic atmosphere and attract a large crowd from early morning. I recently tried their morning set, which included a corn and mayonnaise toast. The classic lineup features a salad, onion soup, scrambled eggs, and a toast generously topped with corn. It's a satisfying portion size. The coffee has a pleasant acidity with a lingering bitterness, perfect for waking you up. One of the best things about this cafe is that it opens at 6:30 am, making it a convenient stop for early risers exploring Asakusa. The cafe is located on the second floor of a building in the Nakamise-dori arcade. You can easily spot it as there's usually a line waiting outside. You'll need to climb a narrow staircase to reach the cafe.

I was craving a classic Japanese-style cafe meal, so I came here! The atmosphere was great, it was clean, and the staff were really nice, which made a good impression. The main point is the taste and price. The food was just okay, but honestly, I don't think it was worth ¥880. It was featured on Matsuko's show and Ryo-kun's Gourmet, so I had high expectations. Since I'm just visiting, I can let it slide, but if I lived here, I probably wouldn't have paid that much. The iced latte was also ¥780, which is more expensive than Starbucks. It was a flavor that coffee lovers would probably enjoy! The bitterness of the coffee lingered in my mouth for a long time! It wasn't a light flavor. The menu is extensive, and the morning menu seems to change with the seasons!

I arrived at the shop right at 8:00, and the clientele was diverse, with solo diners and foreign tourists. The staff were cheerful and greeted foreign tourists in English, which I thought was wonderful. The single seats were decorated with many books, and the atmosphere was exactly like the old-fashioned coffee shops I imagine! I had a Japanese-style set meal, and everything was delicious. I think it's a place where you can feel comfortable coming alone! I'd like to visit again if I have the chance! Next time, I'd like to try their sweets!

I was looking for a place that serves morning sets early in the morning, so I stopped by. It was almost full at 7 am. It's definitely a popular spot. The retro atmosphere was nice, but the ham and egg toast was delicious.

This is the only cafe open from 6 am, which is truly a lifesaver. It has a great retro cafe vibe. The space is just the right size and very calming. The Vienna coffee and French toast were delicious. They serve Western food, but you can also get a fish set meal. The milk in the lemon milk tea was coffee creamer, which was a bit disappointing! You can order using a QR code, which is convenient and appreciated!
