The Flamingo Melon was surprisingly large and delicious. As I took a bite, a refreshing flavor spread throughout my mouth, making it the perfect taste for summer. I chose the Hydrangea Parfait. This one featured a delightful combination of fluffy cream and yogurt ice cream, giving it a more refreshing feel than the Flamingo Melon. Inside the parfait, matcha ice cream added a green accent, and it also included nata de coco, tea jelly, and pineapple sorbet, making the overall taste very refreshing. It was a beautiful and delicious dish.
Parfaitery Bell (Time-delayed post - Visited on July 4th) I visited this popular cafe for a late-night dessert after dinner. The wait was about 40 minutes to get in. The parfait was delicious, but honestly, I thought the price was a bit too high. However, I went with someone who has a nut allergy, and the staff explained the menu carefully and made sure to tell us whether or not the parfait contained nuts. Overall, I probably won't go back, but it was a good experience. I appreciated that the staff was trained to handle customers with allergies. Thank you for the meal! ✨ —Order— - "Gekijoban" Umahime ¥2680 - Flamingo ¥2480 —Payment Methods— Cash ◎ Card ◎ Electronic Money (?) PayPay (?)
The night parfait was a real mood booster, and I had a delicious and enjoyable time! I ordered the seasonal parfait with a hydrangea motif. The floral motif was beautiful, and the attention to detail in every aspect, from the surface to the layers, was evident. I was encouraged to mix the parfait from top to bottom, but I couldn't bring myself to do it because it was too beautiful. It's a popular spot, so they recommend leaving after about an hour if there's a wait. On a Friday night, around 8 pm, the wait was about 30 minutes. There were about two groups ahead of me. It was a very hot day, and we waited on the stairs in front of the shop, which was unbearably hot. There's a machine at the entrance where you can get a waiting ticket. I definitely want to visit this place again.
After dinner in Shibuya, I was craving something sweet and stumbled upon this place. I ordered the pistachio and praline parfait. The gelato on top was delicious, and the cute little squirrel cookie inside was a delightful surprise. It was a truly authentic parfait with exceptional quality. There's something special about enjoying a parfait at night. This delicious treat made me feel so happy. I'll definitely come back here for dessert after dinner in Shibuya.
Instead of ramen, we ended our night with a parfait! We experienced the culture of Sapporo! Nestled in a corner of Shibuya, "Parfeteria Bell," a specialty night parfait shop, was where sweet magic unfolded. We knocked on its door to experience the Sapporo culture of "shime parfait" (a dessert to end a meal) and to end our fun night with friends. As soon as we stepped inside, soothing jazz tickled our ears, and the soft lighting deepened the night's curtain. The atmosphere of the shop was truly a hidden haven for adults. A stylish space spread out, making you forget about time. Opening the menu, we were overwhelmed by the sheer number of parfaits. This time, we chose "Pistachio and Praline" and "The Fluttering Strawberry's Feelings." Both names alone made us excited, as if a story was already beginning. First, "Pistachio and Praline." The first bite was a series of surprises, with the rich flavor of pistachio spreading throughout our mouths. The sweet aroma of praline added to it, creating a truly exquisite harmony. The crunchy toppings provided an accent, allowing us to enjoy it until the very end without getting bored. Next, "The Fluttering Strawberry's Feelings." This parfait was visually stunning, with bright red strawberries lavishly topping it. The sweet and sourness of the strawberries and the creamy smoothness of the cream were a perfect match, making each bite feel like happiness overflowing. The various layers that appeared as we ate were also fun, and we devoured it without getting bored. However, these moments of bliss were short-lived, as the shop gradually became crowded and filled to capacity. While we were satisfied, it was a bit of a regret that we couldn't spend time leisurely. Still, it was fortunate that we were able to enjoy such charming parfaits. When we left, there were about 10 people waiting in line. It was a pretty good place for a sweet ending after drinking. It would be a perfect place for a date.
