I visited the Fiorentini Pastry Boutique! It's located on the first floor of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. As expected of a five-star hotel, it's luxurious! While I was looking around for the pastry boutique, a foreign staff member immediately approached me. They greeted me with a smile and led me to the beautiful Fiorentini Pastry Boutique. It exceeded my expectations! The bread, baked goods, and cakes all looked delicious. They had a savarin! I was surprised to see a red savarin. My daughter's favorite strawberry shortcake was there too! I also bought a Peach Melba Berries and a Muscat Berries. The berries are a popular item. I'm going to enjoy them at home. The new savarin costs 900 yen. It's a savarin infused with Grand Marnier, soaked in strawberry tea jelly, and topped with a Tahitian vanilla brûlée. I personally found the strawberry tea jelly a bit too thick for my liking. The savarin itself was average, but it tasted great with the vanilla brûlée. The raspberry color was a bit off, but it was incredibly sweet and delicious. The strawberry shortcake had delicious whipped cream, but it wasn't strawberry season... the strawberries were quite tired. The berries are a popular item for a reason. They were delicious. My daughter loved the muscat, but I prefer the Peach Melba. There were also cute items from the Pokémon Sleep collaboration!
This cafe is located inside the Park Hyatt. ◆ Strawberry Shortcake ¥670 I was determined to try this. I was surprised that the strawberries were so sweet, even for this time of year! The sponge cake is soaked in a homemade berry syrup made with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and liqueur. The whipped cream is delicately sweet and so delicious, I could have eaten several. Personally, I thought the size was just right. There are other delicious-looking cakes, and you can also enjoy meals inside, so I'd like to come back and spend some time here next time I have the chance.
The terrace seating is pet-friendly, making it perfect for dates, families, or friends! It's incredibly versatile. I often use it for lunch. They're happy to make dishes that aren't on the menu (like pasta, if you say you're craving something specific), depending on the ingredients. The cakes are all delicious and made with care. Personally, I recommend their cookies as a gift. The packaging is super cute and they're delicious, so they're always well-received. They have a shelf life of about a month.
