If you're looking for burgers, you can eat at the bar without a reservation. While you can dine in, I highly recommend their takeout cheesecake! It's rich, but the accompanying sauce prevents it from being too heavy. A delicious cake with a well-calculated balance of flavors. Payment is accepted by credit card, cash, and other methods.

The seafood is also delicious! ✴︎!! "Oak Door" is a steakhouse that creates simple yet perfect flavors by dynamically cooking carefully selected fresh ingredients with proven techniques. It is trusted and loved by customers both domestically and internationally. The selection of wines, primarily New World wines, is also excellent. The space is spacious and flexible, with a high-ceilinged and lively dining area, comfortable booth seating, an open terrace like an aerial garden, and private rooms with sofa lounges, catering to a variety of purposes, while maintaining a sense of grandeur. Charcoal-grilled beef is a specialty, but this time I was in the mood for seafood, so I had lobster and the grilled fish of the day as my main course. <Food> Starters • Grilled Hokkaido Scallops • White Bean and Savoy Cabbage Soup Main Course • Atlantic Lobster • Grilled Fish of the Day - Trout • Mashed Potatoes • Broccoli with Pancetta Dressing • Sautéed Mushrooms Dessert • Chocolate Chip Cookie <Drinks> • White Wine - Chardonnay • Red Wine - Syrah • Cognac - Rémy Martin XO • Calvados Château de Breuil 15 Years • Coffee The white bean and Savoy cabbage soup was a gentle yet rich flavor with chicken broth and plenty of chicken. The main course showcased the beauty of the ingredients, and the original seasoning was delicate, highlighting the beauty of the ingredients. I paired it with Napa Chardonnay and California Syrah, both complex and aromatic, making them a perfect match for the flavorful dishes. The Syrah in particular is one I would like to order again. The chocolate chip cookie for dessert was served on a hot iron plate. It was beyond the realm of a simple cookie. The vanilla ice cream was accented with the saltiness of sea salt caramel and walnuts. I topped it with Rémy Martin XO Cognac. In this relaxing and spacious dining space, I enjoyed the carefully selected beautiful ingredients and fine wines until the very end.

This hotel is popular with foreigners, and while there is a service charge, I was surprised by the lack of flexibility in the menu. I was invited to dinner and had the The Oak Door Set (see photos for the menu). I don't eat meat or dairy products, so I called in advance to request an arrangement. The young woman who answered the phone said she didn't know and would check back. When she called back, she said that arrangements were not possible, that dairy products would not be served, and that the main course was lobster, which I could choose instead of meat. I was surprised by the rather casual tone of the conversation. On the day, I had a Caesar salad without bacon or dressing, and the lobster was served without butter. There was also a shared plate, so I didn't take pictures of everything, but the dessert was a brownie banana sundae, so I didn't have any. I often request arrangements at various restaurants, and I always receive some kind of accommodation, so I was surprised by the response at this hotel, which is popular with foreigners. The food was very delicious.

I had a business dinner at Oak Door, a steakhouse located inside the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills. They use oak charcoal to sear the meat before finishing it in the oven. The Wagyu Tomahawk was apparently sold out, so I ordered the US Prime Porterhouse and T-bone. I was expecting a sizzling presentation like you'd see at Wolfgang's or Peter Luger, but it came out on a wooden plate. I've definitely become more of a fan of leaner, red meat than the high-fat, high-grade Wagyu. The dirty potatoes were delicious. I finished with a cappuccino and fruit. We didn't order that much, but I was pretty full. I guess I always crave carbs.
