I visited on a weekday, and since other restaurants had a one-hour wait without reservations, I came to this place because it had seats available. The burger was pretty good. The sweet potato chips were good too. Considering the price, I wish it had a bit more originality, though... The floor was very sticky, which bothered me. The staff's attitude wasn't as bad as other reviews mentioned. It was nice that they had a kids' menu.

In Roppongi, it has won the Tabelog Burger Award for the best 100 restaurants in 2018, 2019, and 2021. It is located on the first floor of Tokyo Midtown, so you can rest assured even if the weather is bad. With the belief that "Creating a custom burger is like an experience in life," over 1 million customization options are available. There is a bar counter inside the store, creating a glamorous space befitting Roppongi. You can enjoy it with anyone, whether it's a date, friends, or solo! 👍 The eat-in and takeout counters are different, so be careful⚠️ For those who find customization troublesome, there are "Signature Burgers" recommended by the store, so rest assured. The store's patties are made with 100% Angus beef raised without hormones, and are characterized by their wild texture and the direct taste of the lean meat, which is not overpowering. This time, for the custom burger, I chose: Buns → Multigrain Patty → 100g Angus Beef Cheese → Herb Goat Vegetables & Toppings → Baby Mixed Greens, Red Onion, Jalapeño, Scallion (onion-like vegetable), Roasted Paprika, Grilled Pineapple, Quinoa Salad Dressing → Dijon Balsamic Dressing From the buns to the volume of the patty, the types, cheese, sauce, and toppings... everything can be customized to your liking, which is amazing! 💖 It's a dream come true. Herb goat is especially good for those who like strong cheese. The moist texture of the aging room is the best. You can have as many toppings as you want without any restrictions 🔥 You can also leave out vegetables you don't like and add plenty of your favorites... It's possible! Be careful not to spill it in a second if you put too much in (laughs). The gentle acidity of the balsamic vinegar and the intense spiciness of the jalapeño combined to create my perfect burger ( *´ω`*) And then there's the custom shake that caught my eye! You can choose 3 of your favorite toppings and bases from about 16 options to create your own 🍨 Pretzel × Dark Cherry × Coffee... I was worried if it would work, but I packed it with my favorite flavors 🍒. The bitterness of the coffee was amazing. This burger shop is full of entertainment and excitement every time I go! 🍔 I wonder what kind of original burger I'll order next.
Around 2 pm on a Sunday, most places around Midtown were packed for lunch, and this was the only place I could find a table. Since it's a burger joint, the turnover is fast, so it felt less crowded compared to other places. The interior has a vibrant American vibe. Coincidentally, over half the customers were foreigners. You order through a mobile app. I wasn't really in the mood for a burger, so I ordered a Cobb salad (¥1,940), chili cheese fries (¥990), and a drink. I thought the Heineken Premium Lager (¥590) was a bit small compared to the sparkling lemonade (¥880), but then I realized they have different sizes for the beer! The Cobb salad was quite filling, and I was already full after just that. I didn't try the main burger, so I can't say for sure, but the salad and fries were both large and American-style, so I imagine the burgers are also American-sized and flavored.
Create Restaurants Holdings' shareholder benefits can be used. There are counter seats and sofa seats. The patty is made with high-quality lean meat, so it has a good meaty aroma. Orders are placed via mobile order. Although there are no side dishes, the burger itself is quite filling.
I had been craving the taste of the California location I visited five years ago, and while I knew about the Japanese location, I finally got to visit. I ordered my usual favorite combination, and the burger was satisfying. However, I did have a few concerns: * The fries were clearly over-salted. I was at a loss for what to do with the salty fries. * The IPA came out quite a while before the food, regardless of the meal. I wish they had been more considerate of the timing of the IPA. * The third photo is the burger I made at the California location five years ago. Except for forgetting to add the roasted peppers, it's the same combination. However, the color and gloss of the bun, the thickness of the cheese, and the ingredients are different, so it's understandable that it looks like a different burger.
