I met up at Sensoji Temple and arrived early, so I stumbled upon this place. They had a lot of Eikichi Yazawa pasta, and the owner seemed a bit tough, but when I asked to change from iced coffee to morning coffee, he smiled and said, "Sure." The thick-cut toast was amazing. It made me want to write about how delicious it was. Of course, they allow smoking cigarettes. I was in a good mood, funky monkey baby, at this cool cafe 😎.

A cozy coffee shop where you can relax and have a smoke after getting tired from the crowds. The shop is filled with the music of Eiichi Ohtaki, posters of him from his younger days to the present, and merchandise. The owner is also a huge fan of YAZAWA. The yakisoba is good, but the Napolitan is delicious! 🙆 The food is also served quickly.

I ordered the egg sandwich, but I think the egg toast would have been better. This place is full of love for Nagisa (a popular Japanese singer). Smoking is allowed.

While there's a public smoking area next to the Sensō-ji Temple's public restrooms, there aren't many cafes in the area where you can have a smoke and enjoy a coffee. This cafe, located behind the Nakamise shopping street, is fully smoke-permissible. When I entered around 10:00 am, many people were ordering the morning set. The interior was decorated with posters related to Eikichi Yazawa, and the background music was also Yazawa's songs. There was a sign inside that said "Long stays of over 90 minutes are discouraged." This suggests that many people visit the cafe to take a break, especially during the hot summer months, as the surrounding area is crowded with tourists.

It's a lifesaver that they allow smoking. The coffee is average in both price and taste, though... The manager, who seems to be named Eikichi (lol), is kind. I always stop by when I'm in Asakusa.
