I visited around 1:30 PM. The restaurant was almost full, and I waited about 3 minutes before being seated. The place has a chic, Western-style ambiance, which is fantastic. It already puts you in a good mood. I ordered today's lunch, gratin, and for dessert, a pudding? and tea. Today's lunch was a 'shoe farci'. The shoe farci was made with tender minced meat, but I was surprised by its lighter-than-expected flavor. The accompanying mashed potatoes were rich and creamy, absolutely delicious. The gratin had a texture I'd never experienced before, tasting similar to mashed potatoes. The soup was incredibly flavorful, creamy, and I ended up dipping a lot of bread into it. The service was also excellent, making the entire experience very pleasant. Highly recommended.

The food was even better than I expected. The restaurant had a Parisian atmosphere that made me want to visit Paris. I went around 1:30 PM. It was full, but I was able to get a table right away. They had a variety of lunch options, and I shared with my mother. The white wine was also delicious, and I was impressed by everything. I will definitely go back again.

The restaurant has a very French atmosphere, reminiscent of those you'd find in France. Lunch costs around ¥1300-1500 and includes bread and a main course, which is incredibly delicious. The beef stew with beer was especially tender! Located in the office district, there's usually a 20-30 minute wait during lunchtime, but it tends to clear up around 1 pm. The lunch menu changes daily, with 3-4 main course options, which is a bit limited. There's a painting of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Paris on the wall, and the restaurant's name is also Sacré-Cœur, so I think it might have some connection to the basilica. I went to France this year, and I felt that the atmosphere and taste of this restaurant were very close to what I experienced in France. I heard that the owner's wife is French. It was a bit of a hassle having to wait outside, but the staff were very attentive, even bringing out water to those waiting. I'd definitely go back again.

Located just a short walk from Ningyocho Station, "Chez André de Sacré-Cœur" is a charming bistro run by a lovely French woman. ✓ Highlights - Featured in Tabelog's Top 100 Bistros / 3.65 rating - Opened in Ningyocho after originating in Montmartre! - A bistro that's welcoming to solo female diners! ✓ Menu Items Ordered - Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef and Carrot Stew) ¥1,450 (Includes main course, mashed potato salad, and bread) I visited on a weekend afternoon around 2 pm and was able to get a table after waiting for about 10 minutes. Lunch offers great value for money, allowing you to enjoy classic bistro dishes. The menu that day featured Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef and Carrot Stew). The owner recommended it, saying it was delicious, so I went for it. Her warm hospitality is truly captivating, and I find myself drawn back every time. This day's special was a hit. The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful. The simple seasoning was delicious, and it made me crave a beer even at lunchtime! Bread is complimentary and you can ask for refills. This is a highly recommended bistro, especially for solo female diners. Thank you for the meal!

We enjoyed a lunch for two at "Chez Andre de Sacre-Coeur," located on the street of "Amazake Yokocho" about a 1-minute walk from Exit A2 of Tokyo Metro Ningyocho Station, before noon on a weekday. This restaurant was featured in the book "Enjoying France in Tokyo" and was recommended by my foodie friend, so we decided to give it a try. As expected of a popular spot, it was almost full even before noon. The interior was bright, clean, and exuded a sense of sophistication. Several paintings adorned the walls, giving off a definite Parisian neighborhood vibe. There were 14 tables for two, which could also be combined to accommodate groups of four or six. The clientele seemed to be mostly local ladies. The background music was a bit too loud to make out clearly, but it sounded like Western music. Looking at the lunch menu, we decided to order the "Today's Lunch" for ¥1,500 (tax included). The "Today's Lunch" consisted of "Roasted Salmon with Cream Cheese and Herb Sauce," mashed potatoes, salad, and French bread. We were promptly served chilled water, wet paper napkins, and a knife and fork wrapped in paper. The French bread arrived first. It was excellent that we could get refills. Our lunch arrived about 10 minutes later. Wow, the salmon was incredibly thick, which was a delightful surprise. The cream cheese sauce had a tangy flavor that went perfectly with the salmon, and underneath it was a generous portion of soft, delicious white beans. The mashed potatoes were beautifully presented and the fresh lettuce was plentiful, leaving us feeling satisfied. We were able to pay with a credit card, which was convenient and eliminated the need for cash. "Chez Andre de Sacre-Coeur" in Ningyocho, Tokyo, is a highly recommended spot for a delicious bistro lunch in a bright, clean, and sophisticated setting that evokes the charm of Paris, France.
