I visited on a weekday morning, and it was quite busy. As expected from the location, the interior is stylish, as seen in everyone's photos. Some cafes offer passion tea when decaf takes time, while others don't. This one did, so I'd give the service 4 stars. The second floor seating is a bit cramped due to its unusual shape.
GINZA SIX has two Starbucks stores. ① "GINZA SIX Store" on the 1st and 2nd floors ② "Ginza Tsutaya Bookstore" on the 6th floor This review is about the GINZA SIX Store (①). The entrance is located at the back of GINZA SIX. You can also access it from the 2nd floor. Atmosphere: ★★★★★ Openness: ★★★★★ Cleanliness: ★★★★★ Customer Service: ★★★★★ Functionality: ★★★ Products: ★★★★★ Overall: ★★★★ • The store on the 6th floor has a modern, slightly dim atmosphere and a reserve bar next to it, but this store is simple and bright. It's a completely different atmosphere from the 6th floor. • The customer service is excellent, as expected from Starbucks! The manager? A gentleman with a stylish way of serving. The staff seem to get along well. • The clientele is relatively calm. On weekdays, I'd say about 10% are using PCs, 10% are in business meetings, 30% are shoppers, 50% are tourists, and almost no students. • The number of seats is slightly limited. There are sofas, tables, and counter seats. • The 1st floor has only two counter seats (there's one outlet here, but it doesn't seem to be available for use). • During peak hours, it's usually quite full, but the turnover seems to be relatively fast, so you should be able to find a seat after waiting a few minutes. • However, there are no outlets, so it's not suitable for long-term remote work. Wi-Fi is available without any issues. • There are registers and other facilities at the connection point on the 2nd floor, but sales are actually only conducted on the 1st floor. • The windows are incredibly wide, making it very open and airy. The ceiling is also very high, making it feel quite bright even on cloudy or rainy days. • There are no restrooms inside the store, so you have to use the restrooms on the store floor. The restrooms at GINZA SIX are incredibly spacious and clean.
There are two Starbucks locations within GINZA SIX: **one on the 1st floor and another on the 6th floor (蔦屋 & Reserve).** The official entrance to the 1st floor location is on the opposite side of the GINZA SIX main entrance, but there are three entrances leading to Starbucks. You could previously enter and order from the 2nd floor, but on my recent visit, they had changed the policy to **only allow ordering on the 1st floor.** This seems to be a permanent change. To get to the 1st floor from the 2nd floor, you have to go down, and then back up to the 2nd floor for the terrace seating (which is also located on the 2nd floor). It was quite a workout! 笑 In the past, some reviewers mentioned that the Starbucks in Ginza had poor service, with messy whipped cream and rude baristas. One reviewer even reported a barista making a rude noise and contacted the head office. Thankfully, the current staff are very friendly. ☕ **Hours of Operation** Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM Sat-Sun & Holidays: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM *Closed on some days* ☕ The terrace seating is spacious (I sped up the video). There's no air conditioning, so it can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The view is not great because it's surrounded by buildings, but I like the open and spacious atmosphere.
【GOHOBI Melon Frappuccino \$700】 This year's melon Frappuccino is even better than last year's! 🍈✨ The Starbucks on the 1st floor of GINZA SIX is usually crowded, so it's recommended to place your mobile order a bit early. The staff are always kind and cheerful, which is a plus. There are no power outlets, but there is one hidden outlet at the counter on the 1st floor. There are no restrooms inside the store.
【Starbucks Coffee】Ginza Six Store This Starbucks is one of the most stylish in Ginza! Being in such a fashionable place really elevates the mood. I love their merchandise too! I use a Starbucks water bottle. They also sell notebooks and magazines, which always makes me feel happy. 😃
