Located just a 2-minute walk from Omotesando Station on various Tokyo Metro lines, "breadworks Omotesando" is a bakery shop that opened in 2012 (Heisei 24). This establishment is run by Tysons & Company, Inc., and is a unique combination of a restaurant, cafe, and bakery. I visited on a Saturday afternoon around 12:00 pm. Being lunchtime, the shop was quite crowded. I was overwhelmed by the wide selection of breads, but ultimately decided to purchase the following: * Chili Bean Dog * Croque Madame ◾️ Chili Bean Dog This is a whole wheat croissant dough topped with homemade chili beans, sausage, and cheddar cheese, then baked. The juicy sausage and spicy chili beans are a perfect match! It was incredibly delicious. ◾️ Croque Madame This is a masterpiece made with spinach-infused bread, filled with bologna sausage and a fried egg, then topped with cheese and baked. I had it reheated, and the overall balance of flavors was exquisite! It was also very filling. I was hoping to try a few more items, but these two breads were more than enough to satisfy my appetite. There were so many other tempting breads, so I'll definitely be back to try them next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

A popular bakery in the Chris Cross chain. I stopped by on a weekday evening, but it wasn't crowded. ◆ Pain au chocolat ¥340 ∟The dough was crispy and the chocolate was just the right amount. It was also easy to eat because of its shape, and it was delicious! ◆ Croissant aux amandes ¥400 ∟This is definitely a sweet tooth's delight! I bought it as soon as I saw it (lol). It wasn't as crispy, but the balance of sweetness and the flavor of the bread itself was good. There weren't that many types of bread, maybe because of the timing, but they had a good selection of hard bread, savory bread, and sweet bread. It's a good place to stop by on a whim!

We arrived around noon on a Saturday and there was an eight-party wait for the eat-in area. After checking in using the tablet, we bought some bread for takeout and waited for 30 minutes. We were then led to a sunny table near the entrance (laughs). If you're eating bread in the cafe, you can specify that when you buy it, and they'll bring it to you on a plate when you're seated. Today, we decided to eat the olive bread (¥240) in the cafe. Drinks and food are ordered using a QR code system at the table. We ordered iced coffee (¥680) and Tater tots (¥1000). These Tater tots were absolutely delicious! The chili beans, cheddar cheese, and cilantro were a great accent, and the crispy tots were addictive (laughs). Of course, the olive bread was also delicious. For takeout, we got a sausage epi (¥370), a butter salt bread (¥250), and a cinnamon Brooklyn (¥360) that we were told to eat the same day. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around lunchtime during the August holiday period. It was quite busy, but thankfully, due to the heat, I was able to get a table both inside and on the terrace without waiting. Upon entering, I noticed a large deck oven in the back right corner. While it's becoming increasingly common to see bakeries with glass windows or counters allowing customers to view the bread-making process, this bakery had no such barriers. The oven was right there in the same space, and I could see the bakers working. The bread selection featured many types with folded dough, which I'm sure would excite any woman just by looking at them. The popular Brooklyn donut was crispy and delicious. While waiting outside for the restroom, a CICADA staff member came out to me and kindly offered to let me use the restroom inside CICADA. Even though it's a sister store, I was surprised by their incredibly courteous service.

On July 2, 2024, after visiting Chris Cross, I purchased bread from Breadworks Omotesando. I bought: * Brooklyn Donut * Crocky * Sausage Epi * Smoke & Smoke (1/2) The Brooklyn Donut was listed as the most popular item, and the custard was listed as the third most popular. When I asked the staff what the second most popular item was, they said it was the olive bread. I immediately decided to get the Brooklyn Donut for my younger daughter's after-school snack, thinking that the bread with smoked cheese and smoked bacon would be a big hit with kids. I took a bite of the Brooklyn Donut, and it was delicious. The outside had a sweet cinnamon sugar coating, and the inside was fluffy and crispy. The inside was similar to the filling of a croissant. My older daughter had the Crocky for her snack. She said the croissant with the chunky chocolate cookie was delicious. For breakfast, my children and I had the Sausage Epi and Smoke & Smoke. We reheated the bread with smoked cheese and smoked bacon in the oven. It was incredibly delicious. My children spread butter on it and said it was "butter cheese bacon, so good!" They loved it. I'll definitely buy it again when I visit next time. My older daughter said the Sausage Epi she had was also delicious. There were also some great bread bundles available. PayPay payments were not accepted, but credit cards were OK. Thank you for the delicious meal! ☆ #OmotesandoGourmet #OmotesandoBakery #OmotesandoCafe #Omotesando #BreadworksOmotesando #Breadworks #Breadworks #MinatoWardBakery #MinatoWardCafe #BrooklynDonut #Donut #Crocky #MinamiAoyamaGourmet #MinamiAoyamaCafe #SausageEpi
