The cafe is attached to a bookstore, so the atmosphere is nice. However, I'm not sure about the value of two bite-sized quiches, warmed up in the microwave, and a small salad for 1,100 yen. It might be fine for a cafe time, but it's not enough for a lunch time.
The food is delicious and the atmosphere is nice, but they often have a limited menu due to "staff shortages." This means that most of the dishes, including those pictured on the main menu, are unavailable, even sandwiches. If they're not serving food, they should take the main menu down from the front of the restaurant.
It's a welcome addition to Toyosu Station, which lacks cafes and workspaces. It offers free Wi-Fi, and if you just want drinks, you can relax and enjoy a good value for your money.
The chair seats were soft, the spacing between seats was not cramped, and it was relatively quiet, making it a comfortable place to spend time. However, the cafe latte was unfortunately not good. If the coffee had been good, I would have come back again.
