We visited with two people at 1 pm on a weekday, and there was no wait due to our reservation. There were also walk-ins, so it seems like it's a fairly easy place to visit without a reservation. The course menu only offered one set option, so we ordered à la carte. We had: * Foie gras sauté * Okujuku egg in a pot with black truffle * Tagliatelle with black truffle * Hida beef tagliata Everything was delicious and a dream come true for truffle lovers. The price was also reasonable, and I definitely want to visit again.

From the moment the dish arrived, my excitement skyrocketed. The presentation was stunning, instantly revealing a level of culinary expertise. The baccala was slightly salty, but this added a unique flavor that was addictive, perfectly complementing the rich cream. The vibrant summer vegetables, like zucchini and paprika, were a feast for the eyes, and the addition of fresh parsley brought a refreshing touch to the overall dish. Every bite was pure bliss, and I savored every drop of the delicious sauce, mopping it up with bread until not a single drop remained.

I made a reservation for lunch on a weekday. It was great that I could reserve a table only! The restaurant is located in a back alley near the museum, across from Midtown. I had their signature truffle pasta. For an additional 600 yen, I opted for the winter truffle (white truffle) pasta. The truffle was shaved in front of me, and the aroma was incredible. The rich yet simple sauce and fresh pasta were absolutely delicious! However, the portion was small, and 3,200 yen is definitely a Roppongi price. Other pasta dishes might be more reasonably priced, but over 3,000 yen for just pasta felt a bit expensive.

I had the Caprese with burrata cheese and the spaghetti alle vongole with octopus. The cheese was absolutely delicious, the pasta had just the right amount of spice, and the ratio of ingredients to pasta was perfect. I was very satisfied. I was also pleasantly surprised by the accompanying bread, which was unexpectedly delicious. It was a quiet and relaxed atmosphere at around 1:00 PM on a weekday.
