I bought the Chocolate U Pie because it looked delicious. The part with the chocolate was tasty, but the plain edge was not very good, which was disappointing.

A pie specialty store located on the B1F of JR Tokyo Station Gransta. Their specialty is Kobe beef meat pie, but they also sell various other pies. Takeout only. Various cards and electronic payments are accepted. Sold at room temperature, so it's best to heat it up before eating if possible. The pie crust is layered and buttery, with a crispy texture. The Kobe beef is also just the right amount, and one pie is quite filling. It would also be a good souvenir for someone nearby.

You should definitely try the sweet potato pie here, not the meat pie! It's always sold out, and it disappears as soon as it's restocked. After trying it once, I became addicted and can't resist stopping by whenever I'm at Tokyo Station. It's seriously delicious. I've tried a lot of their pastries, but the sweet potato pie is my absolute favorite, followed by the apple pie. The meat pie, while decent, is just average. I think their sweet treats are much more popular, so I'm giving them 4 stars.

I bought this at Tokyo Station because I heard it was delicious. Hmm... I don't know if it lives up to the hype. The crust flavor was stronger than the meat, and I actually enjoyed the apple pie I bought at the same time more.

I'd been wanting to try this for a while, but at ¥400 each, I hesitated. Finally, I used some leftover travel coupons to buy it. The pastry was buttery and satisfying, but the filling was disappointingly sparse! I know it's not the best picture, but I had to post this to prevent others from being disappointed. My expectations were high, so I'm really bummed out.
