I had some time before checking into my hotel, so I stopped by here for tea. While not a very large space, the atmosphere and furnishings are grand, and the taste, service, and hospitality were top-notch, leaving me truly impressed. It seems you can walk in without a reservation, but it depends on how crowded it is. It's conveniently located near Tokyo Station, so it's very easy to get to. As it's a hotel service, the staff were incredibly polite, making me feel quite humbled. They also offer meals and afternoon tea, so I'd definitely like to try them sometime. The cup and saucer are original Tokyo Station Hotel designs, apparently made by NARUMI. They have a unique style and are very cute.
I finally got to try the Twilight High Tea at the lobby lounge, which I had been curious about. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. However, the drink service was incredibly slow. Also, when I was about to leave after paying, another staff member stopped me and said, "Your payment..." I was surprised. Since another staff member was following behind me, I was able to get them to stop, but wouldn't it be better if they could assess the situation? The hotel staff's overall service and teamwork are excellent, so this experience left a negative impression. The staff member I initially paid was very kind.
This place creates a special feeling with its luxurious atmosphere. Every detail, from the sofas to the tableware, is exquisite and refined. It's always busy, but once you step inside, time seems to slow down, making it a truly wonderful place. Of course, the staff's service is top-notch. Thank you!
The lobby lounge at Tokyo Station Hotel. A great space to relax and unwind, with excellent service from the staff. The cakes, which change with the seasons, are absolutely delicious. However, the prices are on the high side. The French toast is a must-try, though! 😄
The warm air throughout the hotel and the impeccable cleanliness created a truly comfortable atmosphere that I would love to experience again. Even without staying overnight, you can go up to the second floor of the hotel and enjoy the view of the station through the glass windows, a luxurious experience unique to the Tokyo Station Hotel. I would love to stay here next time.
