## Course 1 **Four Types of Prosciutto Tasting** This might be the first time I've ever tasted prosciutto this thoroughly. I could really tell the difference between each type! The more aged ones were especially delicious. ## Course 2 **Fluffy Cheese and Seasonal Fruit** I actually enjoyed the fig and prosciutto pairing more than the cheese and fig. ## Course 3 * **Seasonal Panna Cotta (Muscat)** * **Milk Gelato Affogato** The bitterness was delightful. * **Hot Coffee**
This is a renowned restaurant specializing in Italian wines and prosciutto. It's located on the second floor of Gyokueido in Nihonbashi Ningyocho. The manager, Mr. Tajima, resembles the Takarazuka actress Mahiru Konno, and is incredibly beautiful and incredibly kind. Besides prosciutto, the pasta is also incredibly delicious. The staff is also very friendly. If you come to Ningyocho, this is an absolute must-visit.
I found this place because I was craving prosciutto and wine (laughs). You can't make reservations after 8:30 PM. If you're running late, it's first come, first served and seating is subject to availability. Reservations before 8:30 PM are possible! The restaurant has counter and table seating, but it's not very big, so it's best to make a reservation. (^^)! In addition to Italian ham and wine, we also ordered beef dishes, pasta, and a cheese platter, and everything was delicious. The performance of having a large cheese cut in front of you is not something you see very often, so it was great! (^^)! I can't forget the taste of the aged ham... If you don't drink much, the price is about ¥5,000 per person. We drank a lot and ate a lot, so it was a bit more. When I come back to the Ningyocho area, I want to come here for a second round and have a quiet drink. It's great for a light snack or a hearty meal! I found a great place! (^^)!
A restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Italian cured ham, sausage, cheese, and wine. I was happy to be able to try sausages with spices that I had never tasted before. They show you how to grate the cheese up close. The homemade side dish bread was also delicious! Two glasses of wine for two people cost a total of 10,000 yen. I think it's a reasonable price considering it's something you can't eat anywhere else. I think it's easy to use for a pre-party or a second party! A platter of 10 kinds of cured ham and sausage is ¥2,680. It might be fun to eat while talking about which one is your favorite!
My coworker and I visited this place together. It was Friday, so the restaurant was bustling. We were able to sit at the counter right away because it was empty. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made a great impression. We ordered a few items, including the signature cured ham and salami platter, pickles, and pasta. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, leaving us very satisfied. It seems like there's only one chef, as the menu is quite limited. While it's not the most prominent item on the menu, I highly recommend the cheese. They bring it out on a trolley like a dessert cart, explaining each cheese and grating it fresh in front of you. The wine wasn't quite my taste, but I think it was chosen to complement the food. Ideally, I would have liked to see a wider selection of wines by the glass, perhaps two sparkling, three white, and four red options. Both in terms of drinks and food, this place might not be ideal for a long stay, making it more suitable for a first stop. The clientele can be quite boisterous, with some patrons getting quite loud, so it might not be the best choice for a quiet dining experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily return. If you're curious, you won't regret giving it a try.
