I saw a burger with cheese inside on social media and made a reservation to visit. It was a weekday night, but the place was packed. People who didn't have reservations were taking their orders to go. The aroma was so good that I was excited even before I got to the restaurant. Finally, I got to try the cheese-in-burger! The staff was very accommodating when I asked to take pictures with my phone, they seemed used to it, which was great. The burger was delicious with all that cheese! Not only was it visually appealing, but the patty and bun were also incredibly tasty on their own. The freshly fried potatoes on the side were also delicious. The burrito was packed with ingredients and was so thick it was a little hard to eat, but it was truly delicious. In conclusion, everything I tried was delicious! It was also really enjoyable to chat with the friendly staff at the counter while I ate.

A burger joint with an American pop vibe, located north of the Taitō Ward Office. It was a while since I last saw the American flag. The narrow interior stretches back, with a counter as the main seating area and tables in the back. The patties here are made using the smash method. Originating in America, this involves flattening the patty on a hot griddle instead of hand-forming it, resulting in a bold cooking style. 🟩 MEX BURGER (¥2,150 including tax) Comes with a drink. PATTY x2 / CHEDDAR CHEESE x2 / SALSA x2 CHILLI BEANS / WAKAMORE SAUCE The chili beans and salsa pack a punch, while the crispy tortillas provide a satisfying texture. This is a delightful menu item! By the way, MEX refers to Tex-Mex. Back in the day, a railroad connecting Texas and Mexico was built. This Texas-Mexico railroad led to the creation of Americanized Mexican cuisine. Spicy and stimulating dishes like chili beans are examples of this. 🟨 Dr Pepper I chose this from among several menu options. 🟩 French Fries (¥200 including tax) As I was leaving, I said, "I'm craving root beer." The staff replied, "We have it. It's not on the menu because it's sometimes available and sometimes not." "Oh, I should have asked sooner!" "Please come back again!" they said. American food wouldn't be complete without root beer, right? (laughs)

I'd been wanting to try this place for ages, ever since I first saw it. Finally, the moment arrived when my craving for junk food outweighed my calorie-conscious rationality. It was a Saturday evening, around 7:30 PM. There were already two groups waiting in front of the shop. Even after people left, it seemed like we weren't being called in. But then I noticed the owner (or maybe the chef?) meticulously calculating the seating arrangement to perfectly accommodate the waiting customers. It was like a puzzle! 👏 We waited outside for about 20-25 minutes before being seated. The interior was full of the owner's personality, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. Even while waiting for our order, there was a sense of excitement. Sitting at the counter, I could see the food being prepared right in front of me, and I was impressed by the owner's quick thinking. As others have mentioned in their reviews, I did get the impression that the owner (who I think is the father?) was a bit strict, haha. For my meal, I ordered the cheese burger with fries and a drink. The burger was delicious from the first bite to the last, with a satisfyingly meaty texture. I couldn't help but mutter, "This meat is amazing!" The owner overheard me and said with a friendly smile, "You have a good eye! That's right, we use high-quality meat." He explained that they use two types of meat, skirt steak and sirloin, to create a juicy and flavorful experience. Knowing that made the burger even more delicious. Next time, I'm definitely trying the classic burger, the over rice, and some of their wraps. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The photo is of the classic cheeseburger! While I wasn't personally blown away enough to want to return, it's a matter of taste. Those who prefer bolder flavors will likely love it. The shake was really delicious, but since the burger was so flavorful, I thought a simple vanilla shake would be nice too! It seems to be a family-run business, and the atmosphere was really great. The teamwork was impressive! ^_^ It was heartwarming to see how close they all were. ✨ The interior was also lovely and a space I enjoyed. 🤍

We arrived at 11:30 am, the opening time, as lunch reservations aren't available. It was lucky we didn't have to wait in line, especially during the Obon holiday period! I ordered the Garlic Mushroom Cheese Burger (?), and my friend got the Cheese-in Burger and onion rings. The meat was so juicy! That's exactly what I was looking for, so I was very satisfied. The buns were fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, which was delicious. I was so full I wish I hadn't ordered the fries. Next time, I want to try the burrito.
