I visited for afternoon tea. It was my first time. The view from the 36th floor, the atmosphere of the shop, the service, and the food were all excellent and I was very satisfied. I enjoyed the savory carpaccio, as well as the cakes and scones featuring sweet potatoes, chestnuts, and pumpkins, which captured the essence of autumn. The Halloween design added a special touch for this time of year. βΊοΈ The all-you-can-drink plan allowed me to enjoy sparkling wine, white wine, herbal tea, classic tea, and flavored tea. I counted later and had 9 cups! They said they'll be serving strawberry and chocolate starting in December. Definitely coming back! π
We enjoyed an a la carte dinner with our child. We had made a reservation, so we were seated by the window with a beautiful view. They provided child-sized cutlery and a chair, and the staff were very kind. The food was excellent, with seafood dishes featuring fresh ingredients from Toyosu Market. Everything was delicious and the portions were just right. However, it would have been even better if they had offered more affordable soft drinks and menu options for children. Overall, it was a great experience.
Our family's go-to for weekend activities is LaLaport Toyosu. This restaurant is located on the 36th floor of the Mitsui Garden Premier, right next door. The view of the Rainbow Bridge is breathtaking, and the space is as luxurious and stylish as the name suggests, reminiscent of a penthouse. It gets quite crowded on weekends, so we made a reservation for the lunch course in advance. My wife's birthday was coming up, so we asked for a birthday plate. The seating is spacious, the food is consistently good, and the service is generally excellent. Looking around the restaurant, we saw many families with children, which was reassuring. Our 1-year-old daughter was running around and making noise, but the staff seemed accustomed to it. They even cleaned up the leftover baby food, which was very helpful. Overall, the location, the ambiance, and the convenience are all top-notch. Reservations can be made online, but it's recommended to book early as it can be fully booked a week before the weekend.
The view and ambiance are amazing, and the afternoon tea for Β₯4,800 is an incredible value! π°β¨ I can only imagine how beautiful the night view would be, but even during the day, the scenery was lovely. The service was a bit cold and felt impersonal, but I think this place is a hidden gem. I'll definitely come back to try their other afternoon tea menus.π
**Recommended for Dates and Special Occasions** The plating was stylish. I especially enjoyed the fish dish with rice. The window seats offer a view of the lake. You can also see several airplanes flying overhead. As an airplane enthusiast, I was thrilled.
