I'm so glad to find such a wonderful French restaurant in an old building in Ginza! I had lunch there. Each dish was carefully prepared and the taste was good. The restaurant isn't very big, but it was very relaxing. The price of the glass of wine was reasonable, which is great for wine lovers. The chef saw us out, but he was so young that I was a little surprised. I'm sure he'll continue to create wonderful dishes. I was also impressed by the pound cake, which tasted like yuzu, that I received as a souvenir. It was delicious. I'll definitely go back again.
I was surprised to find a restaurant in such a place. The restaurant is by reservation only, which gives it a special feel. The interior is located on the upper floors of the building, but you can't see the night view. The course menu for the day was exactly the same as the other tables, so there was no sense of anticipation. While there were many stylish dishes, I was a little surprised to see the leftover chicken broth from the lunch menu served. The dishes were explained, but there were slight discrepancies in the explanations given to the neighboring tables. I also noticed a faint odor from the water or glasses. While I had high expectations, I was disappointed in several aspects. However, the staff was friendly and the chef's dishes were delicious.
My husband and I went for a weekday lunch to celebrate our anniversary. I had no idea there was such a French restaurant in a commercial building in Ginza. Haha! The interior was calm and sophisticated. Although there weren't private rooms, there were partitions and ample space between tables, so we could relax and enjoy our meal. I don't usually get to eat at French restaurants like this, so I was a little nervous, but my worries were unfounded. From the amuse-bouche to the signature dish, fish, main course of meat, dessert, and petit fours, we enjoyed every moment. Each dish was beautifully presented, a true delight. They use seasonal ingredients, so I'd love to visit again in a different season.
We visited for my husband's birthday dinner, and the food here was so incredibly delicious that I want to revisit every season. Every dish was a work of art, a full course. Especially the Air, which is the restaurant's namesake, was a first-time experience for me and absolutely heavenly. The pairing was also very satisfying, and we even got a lemon cake to take home as a souvenir.
I visited for dinner in June 2024. It was a bit surprising to find this restaurant on the top floor of an older commercial building in the heart of Ginza, but the interior was completely different from the outside, with a classic French design. There were partitions between the tables, creating a comfortable and private space. The food lived up to expectations, with each dish meticulously prepared and incredibly satisfying. The Air, their signature dish, looked like a parfait in photos, but the texture was incredibly fresh and unique. The fact that they offer a seasonal version makes me want to come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal.
