This deli offers precious organic treats in Japan. Everything is delicious, and I wish there were more locations. I love their seasonal natural tuna menu and the cheese-filled cutlets. I always get their potato and mushroom salad. ♥️

I bought two side dishes, but the tuna and long yam were so bad I couldn't eat them. The truffle one was also pretty mediocre. I wasted my money. If I knew it was this bad, I wouldn't have bought it. This is the quality of side dishes at Mitsukoshi?

The Margherita calzone was absolutely delicious. It was chewy, juicy, and surprisingly tasty even for takeout. I was blown away.

I purchased this item at a pop-up shop in the Shinjuku Takashimaya department store. While I was browsing, I overheard a previous customer negotiating a bulk purchase. They were offered a ¥200 discount, but when it was my turn, I was not given any discount. When I asked if there was no discount available, the salesperson asked me to repeat myself three times before claiming it was a different corner. (He had mentioned the discount to the previous customer for the same item I purchased.) I felt cheated and regretted my purchase. The salesperson was clearly discriminating based on the number of items purchased. (I bought two items.) I will not be returning to this store.

Safe and delicious! They don't use food additives, and the vegetables are either organic JAS certified or pesticide-free, so I use their bento boxes and prepared dishes for family dinners on tiring days. My son seems to prefer their bento boxes over my home-cooked meals and eats them with gusto. Children's palates are honest. It solves my vegetable shortage, is delicious, and I'm always satisfied!
