Experience the renowned Inaniwa udon of Akita, now in Tokyo! The udon noodles are delightfully smooth and chewy, with a satisfyingly firm texture. The generous portions even offer refills for an additional charge, ensuring complete satisfaction. This time, I enjoyed the tempura donburi set, where the tempura was crispy and delicious. The sauce was refined and flavorful, making it easy for even women to devour. The restaurant also sells udon noodles as souvenirs. I've only been to Akita once for snowboarding, but after experiencing this taste, I'm definitely planning a trip to the main branch in Akita. Although the restaurant opens at 11:30, there was already a long line by then. We managed to get in around 12:00. If you arrive around 11:15, you might be able to avoid the queue.

I visited around 6 PM on a weekend. When I arrived, there were empty seats and I was seated immediately. However, when I left around 7 PM, there was a line outside. I ordered a seiro (steamed dish) and tempura. The udon noodles were thin and firm, and they were delicious. The broth wasn't just soy sauce based, but also had a sesame sauce option, so you could change the flavor! The tempura was also crispy and delicious. I definitely want to go back again.

A specialty Inaniwa udon restaurant in Akita. The price is good and the taste is good. It gets crowded with tourists at lunchtime, so it's a good idea to line up a little early. My friend from America was very satisfied and bought a lot of noodles and soup as souvenirs.

I always gave up because there was always a line, but this time I really wanted to eat it after work, so I went there knowing there would be a line! Most of the people were Asian tourists. It took about 30 minutes to get in! The inside of the restaurant had a calm atmosphere! The staff were also very friendly! I ordered beer and tempura with cold noodles. The beer 🍺 was of course great 😀. The Inaba udon noodles were really delicious, with a smooth texture and great flavor. The dipping sauce was soy sauce based and walnut sauce! The walnut sauce was really delicious, good❣️ The tempura was also crispy and light! It was truly delicious. Thank you for the meal! I want to go back again, even if it means waiting in line❣️
