This restaurant has been on my radar for a while, as I pass it on the way to work. It's a new branch of the popular 'Kamo to Negi' (Duck and Scallion) restaurant in Ueno, opened by the same company in Tsukiji last year, targeting the inbound market. The interior is stylish, but the service is not great, and the customers' manners are even worse. If you can put up with that, the ramen is delicious. I'm not sure I'll be back though. Their signature dish is the rich oyster broth soy sauce ramen, which about 70% of the customers seemed to be ordering. I prefer a clear salt-based broth, so I went for the 'Salt Clam Broth Ramen'. It was decent. This time, my order was mixed up with that of a female customer who entered at the same time as me. It's not unheard of for mistakes to happen, but when they brought the ramen to the woman first, and then came back 2-3 minutes later asking if we wanted to 'swap', I was ready to leave. I felt it would be rude to be childish, so I stayed, but the service was so bad it deserves a score of 1 out of 10!

Oyster and Shellfish Ramen @ Tsukiji Rich Oyster Ramen ¥980, Oyster Rice (Small) ¥250, Draft Beer ¥500 This popular restaurant is operated by "FF Dining Co., Ltd." which also runs "Duck and Scallion." I was able to enter without waiting on a weekday evening, but there were 5-6 people waiting outside shortly after. The rich oyster ramen has a strong oyster flavor, almost like oyster paste dissolved in seafood broth. The lemon slices add a refreshing touch. The thick straight noodles are smooth and chewy, and they go well with the broth. The oyster rice seasoning is also quite good.

I visited around 11:30 am on a weekend. After purchasing a ticket, I joined the line. There were already six people waiting, but I was able to enter without waiting too long. It was hot, so I waited for the rich oyster ramen (with extra toppings) while enjoying a beer. It arrived in about five minutes. The restaurant's interior and the ramen itself were refined. The extra toppings I wanted came out later? Maybe they forgot in the rush. The soup was thick and rich. It was delicious in one bite, but it wasn't what I expected. The oyster flavor wasn't prominent, and I tasted more of a fish broth, like sea bream. The noodles were small and I finished them quickly. I should have ordered rice. It would have been perfect to pour the soup over it. Thank you for the meal 🙏

I went there around 12 pm on Sunday. There were six people in line, and I bought a ticket and joined the queue. I ordered the Rich Oyster Ramen (¥980). It took about 10 minutes to get inside, and then another 15 minutes for the ramen to arrive. The bowl was smaller than I expected. I took a sip of the soup first, and the deliciousness of the oysters spread throughout my mouth! It was so good! I added some lemon juice from the table halfway through to make it more refreshing, and I finished the entire bowl of soup. I wouldn't say it was completely filling without ordering rice, but it was delicious!

My boyfriend told me about this place before, saying the food was delicious, so I went there with him last Sunday. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calm, unlike what you'd expect from a ramen shop. The counter tables were made of tatami, giving it a luxurious feel. I ordered the oyster ramen. The soup was so rich with oyster flavor that I was surprised. When I mixed the noodles with the soup and took another sip, the oyster flavor became even more intense. It was a truly heavenly soup for oyster lovers. The noodles went perfectly with the soup, and I finished it in no time. I felt it would be a waste to leave any of the soup behind, it was such a luxurious ramen experience. I was so happy. We also ordered the oyster rice. The oyster flavor was deeply infused into the rice, making it a delicious rice dish. For such a rich oyster experience, the oyster ramen was under ¥1000 and the oyster rice was under ¥300, which made me very satisfied. I was also impressed by the thoughtful touch of having umbrellas available for customers waiting in the heat. I went back to this restaurant recently because I had such a great experience the first time. It was a very humid day, and even though I went there on a weekday afternoon and slightly after lunchtime, I still had to wait for 30 minutes. This time, I ordered the oyster dipping noodles and cheese risotto. Just like the rich oyster ramen I had before, the dipping noodles were full of oyster flavor and I was very satisfied. The cheese risotto was served with the remaining broth from the dipping noodles, and it was another delicious dish that allowed you to fully enjoy the cheese and oyster flavors. However, there were some things that disappointed me during this visit. It's probably unavoidable because it's located in a tourist area, but I felt the customer base had declined. Even though there were many customers waiting in the heat, a group of four women wouldn't leave their seats even after finishing their meal, just chatting away. My partner was so angry about it that he was about to say something, but a man at the next table loudly told the staff, "I feel sick, change my seat." The staff seemed flustered and didn't know what to do. I understand that the restaurant can't choose their customers, but I think they should consider some kind of solution. The food was still amazing, but... Also, the Asian staff member who was guiding customers seemed a bit overbearing, which was disappointing. I deducted one star for each of these issues.
