A lifesaver for my diet and body building! This is exactly what I was looking for! I ordered a hamburger. It wasn't greasy at all, it was light and the flavor was simple. The salad was oil-free, so I could eat it without worry. I started with the kombu water that came with it. The meat was also a substantial weight, so it was very satisfying. I could feel the care that went into every dish. I feel like the owner's philosophy is reflected in the menu. At this cafe, I was able to eat hearty, satisfying food without worrying about my diet! I definitely want to come back again. - Areas for Improvement - The only thing I would suggest improving is the temperature of the food. It was lukewarm, which was the only negative point. I understand that the toilet is on the second floor for VIP use, but it felt a little strange.

My workplace is in Ginza, so I often go there for lunch by myself. It's usually easy to find a seat in the 11 o'clock hour, so I recommend going for an early lunch. The monthly specials are always completely different, so I look forward to them every month. I sometimes get a parfait, but it's quite large and I can't finish it after lunch, so I wish they had a mini parfait option. I highly recommend the shaved ice made with Arriba cacao (no water used). It's delicious and the rich chocolate melts in your mouth for a unique experience. It's definitely worth trying. The staff is very attentive, but this can sometimes lead to longer service times, so be prepared to wait at the register. If you have time to spare, I recommend giving it a try.

My son has ulcerative colitis and is on a low-fat diet, so I heard from a friend about this cafe that offers non-oil dishes. I decided to visit. The cafe's concept is non-oil and additive-free, but I was a bit worried and asked the staff many questions. They were very patient and helpful, even showing me the labels on the back of the retort pouches. It was very reassuring. My son tried the sweet chicken curry, which he doesn't usually get to eat, and he was absolutely delighted. He said it was the best curry he'd ever had. On our way out, I saw that they sold the same curry in retort pouches, so I bought a few. It's great to know that I can easily make it at home. There were many other dishes that my son could eat, so I definitely want to visit again.

This is a place I always visit whenever I come to Ginza. All the dishes are made without additives, so you can eat with peace of mind, and they are truly delicious. The prices are a bit high, though. However, the service can be inconsistent depending on the staff. For example, sometimes they don't hand you the receipt and instead tell you to take it yourself, then immediately turn back to their computer and leave you alone. Also, their attitude towards regular customers seems to be noticeably different. These things are a bit concerning. Nevertheless, they always provide meals that are highly satisfying, so I can visit with confidence.

As I have Crohn's disease, I rarely eat out. However, a friend told me about a cafe that I could go to, so I came to SONOKOCAFE in Ginza. I asked the staff, and they told me that the karaage (Japanese fried chicken) is made by removing the fat, coating it in batter, and steaming it. So, it's karaage that isn't actually deep-fried. Since I had come all the way to Ginza, I ordered a Western-style plate with karaage, something I usually can't eat. The low-fat karaage (which wasn't actually fried) was seasoned perfectly and truly delicious. The sausage was very meaty and had a flavor I'd never experienced before. It paired perfectly with ketchup and mustard. The pumpkin soup was rich, hearty, and had a gentle flavor. If I had known about this place where I could eat so safely and deliciously, I should have researched it sooner. I regret not doing so.
