This is a Japanese sweets shop located in LaLaport Toyosu. When I peeked inside, a staff member invited me in, saying, "This way, please." I hadn't decided what to eat yet and wasn't planning on going in, but I'm glad I did. The matcha shaved ice was delicious. It came with red bean paste, warabi mochi, and matcha sauce. The red bean paste was especially good. Next time, I'd like to try the hojicha flavor. The food also looked very delicious, so I'll definitely try it again.

This was one of the places I've been wanting to try for a while. I was drawn in by the photos of the matcha shaved ice, so I ordered it. The creamy milk and matcha were perfectly balanced, and it was absolutely delicious. It came with a matcha kuzumochi (jelly cake) as well, and although I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it all, I devoured it. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This was my third visit. I went to the terrace for the first time with my child. The terrace is dog-friendly and they even provide bowls for dog food. We went on a weekend afternoon, so we had to wait in line for about 10 minutes. However, they said it would take a while to get our food, but it came out surprisingly quickly, which was great! They bring you water and towels, but because it was crowded, we had to call them over to get them. The towel was completely dry and didn't serve its purpose. 😅 Japanese shops take this kind of hospitality for granted, but it made me realize once again how wonderful Japan is. This is something that needs to be improved quickly. I ordered shaved ice for the first time. It was delicious! The food, desserts, and drinks are always delicious and never disappoint! I want to go back again.

I revisited this place because I couldn't forget how delicious the matcha parfait I had two years ago was, but it was no longer on the menu. A newly renovated matcha parfait had been added to the menu, so I ordered that. To be honest, I was really disappointed and it wasn't delicious at all. First of all, the previous matcha parfait had a visible structure, but the renovated one was not visible and you had to eat it to understand what was inside. It was topped with rice crackers, matcha cookies, and sweet chestnuts, but none of them were tasty. Especially the rice cracker, the back side was coated with caramel and it was so hard that it could break someone's teeth, and it tasted like burnt caramel. Inside, there were puffed rice, matcha mousse, black sesame ice cream, matcha ice cream, lemon jelly, and various other things mixed together, and the flavors didn't match at all. Even though it was called a matcha parfait, the matcha flavor was completely overshadowed by the black sesame ice cream and lemon jelly. The official Instagram post said, "The lemon jelly provides a refreshing finish," so I had high expectations, but when I actually ate it, the combination with matcha was disastrous. The sourness of the lemon and the sweetness of the matcha mousse mixed together and made my stomach feel uncomfortable. Also, the black sesame ice cream was too strong, which made it impossible to taste the matcha ice cream. I wish they had kept the matcha as the main focus like the previous matcha parfait, it's a real shame that it turned out this way. Not only the matcha parfait, but the botamochi I ordered with it was also disappointing. I had been looking forward to it since two years ago, but the menu and the actual product were completely different. The menu clearly showed three distinct flavors: matcha, kinako (roasted soybean flour), and sweet bean paste, but when it arrived, it was all sweet bean paste, even the kinako filling had sweet bean paste inside. I was very surprised. The mochi rice itself was watery and there wasn't much of it. It was basically just a sweet bean paste dessert that was too heavy for the stomach. The matcha was sprinkled unevenly, and there was hardly any kinako, so it didn't taste like anything. The shape was also distorted, and I understand that they might be busy, but I think they could have made it closer to the sample.
