I arrived a little before 11:00, slightly before opening, but there were already about six people in line. They all seemed to be foreigners. If they were Japanese, they would have lined up closer together. When it opened, we ordered one by one. I ordered a plain donut, a limoncello (seasonal) and an iced coffee. They ask for your name so they can call you when your order is ready. The donuts are served in a paper bag. They are about 10cm in diameter and 3cm thick, freshly fried, warm, fluffy and soft. They have a good chewiness, but are very light and delicious. The limoncello glaze has a strong lemon flavor and is delicious. However, the glaze melts from the warmth of your hands and sticks to the paper bag towards the end, making it difficult to eat. The mascarpone cream, which is only available in the store, was also tempting, so I want to visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited on a weekday afternoon, and about half the seats were filled. The view of the greenery outside created a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were also calm and friendly, and it was cute and appetizing to see them frying donuts in a large wok-like pan with clean oil. I had chai latte and a soft-serve donut, and went back for seconds. The donuts were light, not too sweet, and absolutely delicious fresh out of the fryer. I also bought some to take home and was completely satisfied. I'll definitely be back.

You order first and then find a seat. They only accept cashless payments, so cash is not allowed. The donuts are made to order, so they're warm and chewy, with a subtle sweetness that lingers on your palate. After you pay, they'll ask for your name and call you when your order is ready. It was almost full around 5 pm, so finding a seat might be difficult.

The donuts are light and fluffy, with a simple flavor. You can taste the dedication in the use of Hokkaido ingredients. The shop has high ceilings and an open, comfortable atmosphere, but since there are only chairs, it's not ideal for lingering. Due to its location, there were many international customers. If you're eating in, I highly recommend the limited-edition honey mascarpone dip.
