Tucked away near the Kabuki-za Theatre, this charming bistro is one of many gems in the area. The warm, homey atmosphere and the friendly service from the madame make it a delightful experience. The appetizer, a salad of endive and apple with blue cheese, was perfectly balanced and delicious. The black sea bream fillet was cooked to perfection, with a delicate saltiness and a flavorful broth that warmed the soul. The duck roast, sliced beautifully and served with wild asparagus, broad beans, and a delicate sauce, was a testament to the chef's skill. The wine selection was excellent, complementing the high quality of the food. It was a truly satisfying meal that left me feeling happy and content. My companion, who was feeling unwell, started to feel better as we ate and even asked for more, a testament to the chef's culinary prowess. This popular restaurant requires reservations.
I made a reservation online and visited. It was fully booked, so reservations are essential! I recommend making a reservation early. Since there were four of us, we ordered a bottle of wine. We had sparkling, red, and another red. We ordered a charcuterie platter, white asparagus, porcini mushroom omelet, beef cheek stew in red wine, pickles, cheese platter, and cassoulet. For dessert, we had bramanje and crepes. The homemade charcuterie was all delicious, and the boudin noir was especially good! When the restaurant is full, it takes a while for the food to come out, so it's a place to enjoy a leisurely wine while you wait!
I was invited by a business associate. Even though it's in Ginza, it has a very homey feel. The staff were friendly and approachable, creating a great atmosphere. The place was packed when I arrived, which shows how popular it is. The food was truly delicious. The asparagus appetizer, the fish, and the wine all paired perfectly, and I had a wonderful time. I'll definitely bring my family here next time!
This bistro, a Bib Gourmand winner, offers both delicious food and generous portions. I was particularly delighted by the veal pâté en croute. The wine selection is extensive, with a wide range of options available by the glass or by the bottle starting at 5,000 yen.
The portions are not overly large, but the dishes are meticulously prepared. Today, the seafood dishes were particularly delicious. The dishes featuring puff pastry were especially outstanding! The service was calm and reassuring. I definitely want to come back again. The desserts are also top-notch ✨
