Spacious, with plenty of seating and ample spacing between tables. The interior is clean and well-maintained. This is typical of most Veloce locations. The coffee itself is affordable, and it's great that it's not priced at Ginza levels, even though it's in Ginza. ...But I don't understand why it's so empty at lunchtime. It's likely to get crowded after noon, but... Every Veloce location seems to be less crowded than other chain stores. I don't understand. Well, as a customer, I'm triple-blessed with affordability, ample space to relax, and available seating.

The Ginza prices were a surprise! 💦 The regular blend coffee was ¥300, but it was ¥400 here. The view from the second floor and the calm atmosphere make it easy to relax and forget the hustle and bustle. I forgot to take a picture of the view from the window on the second floor, but it was nice.

It was renovated recently. It's definitely nice. But the toilet light wasn't on even though someone was inside. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was about 80% full. The first floor is more relaxing.

Being a white chocolate lover, I decided to try the White Chocolate Party cake. The first floor was quite lively with chatter, but the second floor had a more relaxed atmosphere, perfect for work, study, or simply relaxing. I ordered the cake and the Mont Blanc, both of which had generous amounts of not-too-sweet cream and a slightly firm texture. The Mont Blanc had caramel sugar inside, which added a nice textural element, but it lacked a strong chestnut flavor. The shortcake had a sponge that wasn't overly sweet, and the balance of cream and sponge was just right. Personally, I preferred the shortcake.

I always use this place for a break during the busy lunch hours. I was impressed by the staff member (a woman) who works in the pantry area where they prepare the food. She greeted everyone with a smile and her voice resonated throughout the store, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.
