I ordered the original blend using the press method. It's great that they offer both drip and press options. They also have a ¥200 discount on refills, so it might be fun to try different drinks. I visited on a weekday evening and the cafe was quiet with five solo customers.
A cafe located just a short walk from the north exit of Kinshicho Station. The interior has a modern feel with a white and black color scheme, and a large roasting machine is installed. There was a customer who had just purchased beans, and the wonderful aroma filled the entire shop. Original Blend: ¥520 Mont Blanc: ¥490 You can choose your preferred brewing method between drip and press. I chose the drip method this time. They carefully drip each cup after you order, so the aroma of freshly brewed coffee is incredible. The blend beans are clean and refreshing, and they pair perfectly with the rich Mont Blanc. Although it's right next to Kinshicho Station, there are mostly solo customers, making it a very quiet and relaxing space. The cafe offers free Wi-Fi, making it ideal for a little work or a meeting spot.
This is a coffee shop located right outside the north exit of JR Kinshicho Station. It has tables for four people and a counter. Today's coffee: Colombian (drip) 600 yen
Coffee can be brewed using two methods: drip or press ☕️. If you don't specify your preference when ordering, they'll use the drip method. I ordered: - Colombian Coffee, Hot, Press - Hot Cocoa - Domestic Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc - Rare Cheesecake The Colombian coffee paired perfectly with the Mont Blanc, which had a generous amount of whipped cream, creating a truly delightful experience ✨. The cocoa was also incredibly comforting, with the cream melting into the sweetness ✨. The cheesecake was delicious, but I honestly wish it was a bit bigger. The atmosphere, the jazz music, and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee all contribute to a truly relaxing and inviting space. I highly recommend checking it out *゜.
I chose the Guatemala coffee, which cost 550 yen. They offer drip and press extraction methods, and I opted for the press. I also ordered a domestic Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc. The coffee had a wonderful aroma. Initially, I didn't taste much bitterness, but it became noticeable as I enjoyed the cake. The bitterness was well-balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste. The Mont Blanc had a subtle sweetness, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the coffee so much that I purchased some ground beans to take home. After brewing it at home using my coffee maker, the taste was slightly lighter and less acidic compared to the shop's brew. However, the aroma was still excellent, and the lingering aftertaste was very pleasant.
