I stumbled upon this place while wandering around Roppongi Hills! I decided to visit to buy some of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon's bread after a long time. ◆Limited-time Chocolate Cream Croissant ¥420 Made with Valrhona chocolate, this croissant has a crispy crust and is filled with a generous amount of chocolate cream. It's absolutely delicious! I was blown away the moment I took a bite. I wish it was a regular menu item instead of a limited-time offering. ◆Milk French ¥320 I always end up buying this whenever I come to Robuchon. It's one of my favorites. The moderately sweet cream goes perfectly with the French bread. Robuchon's bread is always exquisite, no matter how many times I eat it or what I choose. There's a shared free space right in front of the Roppongi Hills store, so it would be nice to eat the bread you buy there on a sunny day.

“La Boutique de Joel Robuchon Roppongi Hills” is a bakery that has been selected as one of the top 100 bakeries in Tokyo on Tabelog. I visited on a weekend evening. There were a few other customers, but it wasn't crowded and I was able to purchase my items quickly. I took home about nine different breads that day. The “Herb-Scented Seasonal Vegetable Focaccia” (¥550) was particularly delicious, with its fragrant aroma and the crispy texture of the vegetables. All the other breads were also delicious and to my liking. The quality is truly worthy of Robuchon. “La Boutique de Joel Robuchon Roppongi Hills” is a wonderful place to enjoy high-quality bread.

I purchased a cake and enjoyed it on the outdoor terrace. It was a Mont Blanc and a lemon purée cheesecake. They were delicately small, so I had two by myself. For a takeaway drink, I tried a tea called "Marie Antoinette," which they said was based on a recipe from the time of Marie Antoinette, but to be honest, I wasn't sure what it tasted like (laughs). I visited around 4 pm on a weekday. It was not crowded, and I was able to purchase it immediately. It was delicious. However, I've eaten Mont Blanc at various cake shops, and it wasn't particularly special. Maybe I had too high expectations because it was at a famous bakery and I thought it was from Ladurée. The bread was also a bit pricey, but there were many delicious-looking breads.

【Time】 I visited around 2:00 PM on a weekday. 【Crowds】 I was able to buy it right away. Even on weekends, it shouldn't take too long if you're getting takeout. 【Taste】 ✔︎ 'Duck Hash Parmentier' by Feuillette ~Encased in a flaky, layered pastry~ I toasted it for about 2 minutes before enjoying it. As the name suggests, the flaky pie was a delight. The rosemary-like aroma was wonderful and stimulated my appetite. It was filled with juicy duck mince, duck confit, and plenty of mashed potatoes. 【Service】【Ambiance】 The shop is beautiful as it's located in Roppongi Hills. There were no particular issues with the service.

I visited Joel Robuchon's bakery in Roppongi Hills for takeout on a weekday evening after work. This time, I focused on the classics: * Mediterranean Fougasses (¥400) * Petit Baguette Robuchon (¥130) * Scone (¥260) The Mediterranean Fougasses had a crispy, hard texture with olives, tomatoes, and anchovies, making it perfect for pairing with wine.^^ The cute-looking Petit Baguette had a refined wheat aroma, and the buttery, crumbly texture of the scone was exquisite! I've previously enjoyed many of Robuchon's limited-edition and ingredient-rich breads, but this time I discovered a different kind of excellence. It was a delightful home cafe experience.★
