The ambiance is reminiscent of a certain love hotel's bar. Drinks are self-serve, with a variety of options like soup, tea, and coffee, which is fun. The food is decent, with the roast beef being delicious, but the desserts feel like they're made with a lot of frozen ingredients and pre-made. For around ¥3,000, it's acceptable... considering it's in Ginza, ¥4,400 is reasonable, but I wish there were more fresh fruits.
I visited Cascade Ginza again last year for their afternoon tea. It's part of the Pasela group, so the interior has a resort-like atmosphere reminiscent of Bali, which is incredibly relaxing. ☺️ This time, I tried the "推しカラー" (favorite color) French-style high tea course (¥8000)! It comes with free-flow drinks. ☺️ <Welcome Drink> "推し色" (favorite color) colored drink <Appetizers> 2 types of crepe rolls with tarte au fromage ~Smoked salmon with 4 types of cheese & prosciutto and apple compote~ <Soup> Soup of the day <Poisson> Steamed sea bream ~With a touch of scallions~ <Viand> Sirloin, Oyama chicken, pork shoulder ~3 types of meat, low-temperature grilled with vegetable stew~ <Choose Your Color Dessert Stand> 《Choose your favorite color from 11 colors for the dessert stand》 • Favorite color panna cotta • Favorite color madeleine • Favorite color macaron • Favorite color petit pain au lait style • Seasonal mini parfait glass • Smooth pudding • Souffle cheesecake • Colorful fruit mini tart • Fruit jelly You can choose from red/blue/yellow/purple/green/pink/white/orange/black/light blue/light green🌈 I chose purple and pink! If it were TWICE, it would be Sana and Momo, so cute! 🩷💜 This time, I chose my favorite colors rather than focusing on "推し活" (fandom activities). I personally liked that it was enjoyable even without a "推し" (favorite). 🥰 (Of course, it's definitely more fun if you have one 😂) For example, you could ask your friend what their favorite color is and use it for their birthday celebration!🫶 First, the dessert stand, the color coordination is so cute🥹 It's quite a lot of food, so even I, a sweet tooth, was very satisfied~🍰 Especially the souffle cheesecake was fluffy and delicious! And the macarons too! 😍 The food was all authentic! The sirloin served with truffle sauce was my personal favorite! The tenderness was amazing~🥰 One of the two pieces can be enjoyed as a burger by putting it in a bun, which was fun and enjoyable🍔 Finally, a cake in a trunk was included, making it super luxurious! It could be used for a surprise, it's just so cute! 😍 The moment the trunk opens is exciting! It's nice that you can choose the color of the flowers. Of course, you can change the message, so it's good for "推し活" (fandom activities) or birthdays ☺️
This is a luxurious experience where you can enjoy high tea and French cuisine in a resort-like atmosphere, perfect for celebrating your favorite things! 🤩 Located just a short walk from Higashi-Ginza Station, this place has a unique vibe. The B1 floor is occupied by the karaoke establishment Pasela, B2 is Cascade, and B3 is a private party room. The entire space has a Bali resort feel. Stepping off the elevator, you're greeted by a resort atmosphere that feels worlds away from Ginza 🤩🏝. Each room has a different ambiance, and every space is beautifully designed 😍. This time, I enjoyed the "推しカラー" (Oshi-Color) French/High Tea course. It's a dream come true for fans, featuring a high tea set in your favorite color and a French course. I chose pink, green, and purple for my "推しカラー" this time! • Table Setting The table is decorated with your chosen "推しカラー" and a sealed envelope with a wax seal (it's actually a sticker, though 🤣). Inside the envelope, you'll find the menu for the day, a lovely touch that gets you excited from the start 🤗. • Welcome Drink & Sweets Stand The welcome drink is in your chosen color! Since there were no melting items, I asked for the sweets stand to be brought out first. Each stand is a different color to match your "推しカラー", and the three stands lined up together with the drinks are truly impressive 😍. It's a bit overwhelming, though, as the table is physically full 🤣. • Appetizers - Two types of crepe rolls: Prosciutto and apple compote - Two types of crepe rolls: Smoked salmon and four cheeses - Served with a tart au fromage After seeing the volume of the sweets stand, I was surprised, but I started with the casual French course. The prosciutto and apple crepe roll had a nice balance of sweetness and saltiness, and the crepe texture was excellent. The smoked salmon and four cheese crepe roll was also delicious! The tart au fromage came with burdock chips, and you can enjoy it with nut spices and raspberry sauce. The appetizers were incredibly elaborate, with each dish carefully prepared and delicious 🤩. • Pumpkin Soup The pumpkin soup was served in a small teacup and had a refreshing flavor. • (Poisson: Fish Dish) Steamed Sea Bream The skin was crispy, and the flesh was tender. It came with two sauces: mushroom sauce and nine-leaf leek sauce, allowing you to enjoy both Western and Japanese flavors. • (Viand: Meat Dish) Sirloin, Oyama Chicken, Pork Shoulder ~Three types of meat grilled at low temperature with vegetable stew~ Each of the three types of meat came with a different sauce: - Oyama Chicken: Red pepper sauce 🐓🫑 Full of flavor, with a slightly spicy and sharp taste. - Pork Shoulder: Pistachio sauce 🐖🫘 The sauce had a unique flavor! The granola texture was a nice touch, and the rich sauce went well with the meat. - Sirloin: Truffle sauce The meat was tender, and the truffle sauce was amazing! I had the second piece as a mini burger with a bun 🍔. • Sweets! Top tier: Panna cotta, seasonal mini parfait glass, madeleine, macaron Bottom tier: Souffle cheesecake, smooth pudding, fruit mini tart, fruit jelly The high tea came after the French course! But you know what they say, there's always room for dessert 🤣. I also ordered the cocoa tapioca float, which was delicious 🧋🍨🤣. • Trunk Case Cake Opening the trunk reveals a mini cake decorated with smoke and flowers 🎂. This course is truly amazing, with plenty of food and surprises until the very end! This course is perfect for enjoying a fun time with friends and celebrating your favorite things in a resort-like atmosphere! There are also plenty of "推し活" (Oshi-katsu) goods available, although I didn't use them this time because the table was full. It's a great way to enjoy delicious food and a fun time in a unique and non-everyday setting!
When you want to spend quality time with someone special, celebrate an anniversary, or indulge in your fandom, you want to choose a place that's truly special. This is the perfect place for just that. It's part of the same group as the famous Karaoke Pasera. I love the original Pasera, where I had a blast with a friend who came to Tokyo, but this time, instead of singing and enjoying honey toast, we enjoyed a luxurious experience with beautiful, colorful French cuisine and high tea. We had a great time again. The floor, as usual, has a stylish Asian vibe. Each of the partitioned rooms has a different theme, and they're all stylish and uplifting. Our room had a French theme. The table was decorated with blue and red lines. The high tea served was also in those colors. Actually, you can choose your own color for each person. The birdcage-like dessert stand was filled with adorable bite-sized sweets. They were cute both in appearance and taste. We enjoyed them while toasting with our favorite color-themed drinks. The appetizers were also bite-sized, each with a variety of flavors and carefully prepared. The soup was pumpkin potage, sweet and rich. The steamed sea bream was tender and moist, with crispy skin and scallions as an accent. The main course was a trio of grilled meats cooked to perfection. They were tender, and the sauces for each vegetable were authentic French. We had the beef as a burger, which was luxurious. Finally, a trunk case appeared, and when it opened, a strawberry and whipped cream cake emerged from a dry ice smoke. The cake was surrounded by bright red roses. You can also request a message to be added to the cake, making it a truly elaborate presentation that elicited cheers from us. The food and the presentation created a truly extraordinary experience, and my friend and I were mesmerized from the moment we entered until we left. In addition to the food, the drink menu is also extensive. There's a wide selection of wines, cocktails, and over 170 other drinks, all included in the all-you-can-drink option. If you're looking for Instagram-worthy photos for your fandom gatherings, there's a corner where you can borrow props, including flowers and photo frames, and decorate them as you like. In short, this is a place that offers a truly special experience, with exceptional planning and entertainment. It's perfect for a surprise.
Located just a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station's A3 exit, this restaurant offers an extraordinary resort-like atmosphere. I ordered the "Anniversary Casual French Course" for ¥8,500 (tax included), which includes 170 types of drinks for all-you-can-drink. The minimum order is for two people. Although it's a French restaurant, the interior is like an Asian resort, which is absolutely stunning. The concept of this course is "everyday French cuisine to enjoy casually every three months, not just for special occasions once a year." However, the ambiance is already so extraordinary that my heart skipped a beat the moment I stepped inside. On the Instagram-worthy table adorned with flowers, there was a bright red envelope with a seal. It contained the menu for the day, and even opening it felt special. The dishes are designed to be enjoyed with chopsticks, making them easy to eat. They focus on maximizing the use of classic and seasonal ingredients, rather than expensive or rare ones, aiming to deliver deliciousness and enjoyment at an affordable price. The main course features a double main of meat and fish, and to my delight, they also served roasted duck. This is practically a triple main! The duck was absolutely delicious, both the meat and the sauce, making it my favorite dish of the day. I was also thrilled to receive a hidden menu item (pasta on this occasion) as a finale. The dessert was a stunning trunk-shaped petit cake, perfect for Instagram. With a wide variety of drinks included in the all-you-can-drink option, this luxurious course far exceeded the definition of casual.
