Located about a 5-minute walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station, this cafe is a hidden gem. Everything from the cakes to the interior and the staff was exceptional. The cafe was full when I arrived, so I had to wait a bit, but they provided chairs and a fan, making the wait comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and provided service that could easily be mistaken for a traditional Japanese inn. They had a wide variety of cheesecakes, making it hard to choose, but I decided to try the signature silken cheesecake first. It was rich and dense, a perfect match for my taste! The iced coffee is called "Ikemen" (handsome). It's amusing how they announce its arrival with a phrase like "Your handsome coffee is here!" Next time, I'll come with an empty stomach and try two cakes.

A casual stroll through Fukagawa. On this day, I went to Fukagawa for a walk through the downtown area. I visited Neko no Me-do, a hidden gem of a cafe near Kiyosumi Shirakawa Station. Unfortunately, the cafe was full when I arrived. I waited about 10 minutes before being seated. When I was led to my table and looked at the menu, I saw a variety of sweets and light meals. This time, I ordered the pudding and the Neko no Me blend. When it arrived, the beautifully shaped pudding looked great. It was a firm type with a subtle sweetness. It was easy to eat! The coffee was deep-roasted with a moderate bitterness and easy to drink. I enjoyed eating slowly. Customers kept coming in, so it's a popular place. I was curious about the other sweets too.

I stumbled upon this cafe while strolling through Kiyosumi Shirakawa. The interior and menu are all cat-themed, which is adorable, but surprisingly, the coffee and sweets are truly authentic and delicious. The two-person table I was guided to had a wooden table and was cozy and very relaxing. There's a time limit of 90 minutes from the time your order arrives, but it didn't feel short at all. We leisurely enjoyed our sweets, savored our tea and coffee, and had a pleasant chat. Before we knew it, we had about 30 minutes left. The "Nandemo Banana Pudding" is a masterpiece. I hear they struggled with its development, but it was worth it. It tastes like banana, but it's definitely pudding. The "Mikeneko Coffee" is easy to drink and has a low acidity. I like it, but those who prefer acidity might find it bitter. I ordered Ceylon tea. It wasn't particularly special. I think this cafe excels at coffee. I'd love to visit again to try other sweets. By the way, when I left the cafe around 3:30 pm on Saturday, there was a line of about 10 people.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon with two people! The "Cat's Eye" Basque cheesecake had a rich cheese flavor that paired well with the cream on top, making it a perfect match for coffee. The "Kimi Dake no Pudding" (Your Only Pudding) was large and had a distinct egg flavor. The coffee was also delicious! This place is not only delicious, but also has a fun atmosphere and world view. The interior decor and even the dishes are cute, stylish, and lovely! While laptop work and phone calls are not allowed, the atmosphere is so enjoyable that you wouldn't even think about doing those things anyway.

I stumbled upon this cafe while strolling through Kiyosumi Shirakawa. My intended bakery was closed or sold out, and I was a bit tired from walking, so I took a break here. It's a small cafe with less than 20 seats, but there are cats everywhere! My child was with me, so the cat picture books were a lifesaver. I ordered iced coffee and a silken cheesecake, and the cake was incredibly smooth and delicious. A must-visit for cat lovers!
