This store boasts a charming international atmosphere. A tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Roppongi Hills. A luxurious space where you can relax and enjoy a moment of peace. Starting with iced coffee, followed by a refill of cafe misto. The barista's recommendation of adding honey and cinnamon was perfect. The rich aroma created a truly exquisite taste. The subdued lighting and wood-toned interior create a calming ambiance. Tourists from abroad and multinational businesspeople fill the space. A unique atmosphere where you can experience the international character of Tokyo. With Wi-Fi available, it's perfect for long work sessions. Relax and enjoy your favorite drink. A luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of Roppongi.
Starbucks at Roppongi Hills, right by the West Walk entrance. There's a decent-sized terrace in front of the store, so it's really helpful that it's available to people who aren't just Starbucks customers. This time, I tried out a bunch of toppings. I added chocolate chips to my usual matcha Frappuccino. I ordered it with extra whipped cream and chocolate chips. This was my first time trying chocolate chip topping, and... It's amazing! It's so delicious!!! This is definitely a must-order from now on. Thanks for the meal!
The hallway felt a bit makeshift and not very stylish, but I'm not a very stylish person myself, so I guess this is just right for me! I was really grateful when the staff patiently explained the Starbucks system to me, as I was unfamiliar with it.
I always thought Starbucks staff were mostly young, but here I was served by a woman in her 50s. I personally think it's great that they have a wide range of ages working there. However, she made a mistake with my order and had to redo the credit card transaction, which was a bit of a hassle, especially since I was in a hurry. The store is open and spacious, but the air conditioning was practically nonexistent, which was tough. The space itself is comfortable enough, with dim lighting, but I'm not sure if I'd come back a second time.
