I had no idea that the restaurant owned by Mr. Ishibashi, located in Hatchobori's stesso e Magari CHIC, was here. I visited it for lunch with a senior colleague this time. We had a pairing for drinks. misola lunch 7700 yen Pairing (sparkling wine + 3 glasses) 6600 yen Baccala Saury Mussels Scallops Hiodori (two types of meat) Dalmaica Nagano Purple Liquirizia As always, the food was very stylish and I was very satisfied. Everything was delicious, but the Hiodori, which allowed you to enjoy two different cuts of meat, was outstanding. The pasta was also excellent. The seasoning was so exquisite that it was right up my alley. The service and atmosphere were also great, and I ended up ordering an extra glass of wine. Highly recommended.

I visited for dinner on a weekday. The restaurant is housed in a building that resembles a private home, with a wine shop on the first floor and an Italian restaurant on the second. The warm and inviting atmosphere, despite its upscale feel, immediately captured my heart. The limited seating capacity adds to the restaurant's tranquil ambiance. Every dish was incredibly delicious, but the 'Bruschetta with Firefly Squid' appetizer I had first left a lasting impression. I was pleasantly surprised to discover how delectable firefly squid could be. The wine pairings, six glasses in total, were all exceptional. The 'Shelllover' sake paired with the scallops was a delightful surprise, and the 'SOLENGO' paired with the grilled beef was, as expected, superb. The sommelier, who served the wine with impeccable timing, was also charming. I definitely plan to return to this restaurant.

I first visited this restaurant in 2021 after seeing a beautiful photo of their food on Instagram. As expected, the food was delicious and the owner was friendly and made for a fun dining experience.
