☆Delicious bread is all-you-can-eat! The moist pate is also good! ԅ(¯﹃¯ԅ) (1946th review for food exploration) My wife loves it, but I'm not a fan of buffets like all-you-can-eat. ( ´_ゝ`) It feels overwhelming with so many dishes, and I get restless having to wander around and get them myself. (`_>´) But rice and bread are all-you-can-eat separately. ( 'ω') Especially the bread, both my wife and I get excited about it. ₍₍ ( ง'ω')ว ⁾⁾ This restaurant features all-you-can-eat bread, and I've been to their Shin-Marunouchi Building location before. But this location has a different lunch menu, so I decided to check it out. =͟͟͞͞ ( ◜°⌑°)◜ The interior is modern, casual, and spacious. Most of the customers are women, and it's almost full. But we were lucky to get a counter seat without waiting. I ordered the chicken grill for ¥2,800 and the Iwachu pork roast for ¥3,800. I also got the vegan cola, which looked interesting, and my wife got the homemade lemonade soda. We also ordered the pate can for ¥1,200, as it's their signature dish. (´ω` )/ ハイ The vegan cola has a clean finish. It's definitely cola, but it's refreshing with less sweetness. The lemonade soda is also good. And of course, the bread is all-you-can-eat. They bring you a platter of six different kinds to start. I tried the pate can first, and it's incredibly smooth and moist, very delicious. It has a good flavor of liver and meat, and the pate is well-made. This is a must-try.(*´д`*) The pork roast comes with a grain mustard sauce. The burnt aroma of the fat is particularly good, and it's quite nice. The chicken is also delicious. It has a nice roasted aroma and is full of flavor. The aroma and flavor blend well, and it's understandable why there's no sauce. The grilled vegetables on the side are also flavorful and well-cooked, comparable to the quality of a French garnish. It's no wonder they have grilled vegetables on the menu. They bring you fresh bread every time it's baked. All the bread is delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the red bean bread, which is sweet and to my liking.(*´д`*) There are a lot of women, and their voices echo in the restaurant, making it quite noisy. But the all-you-can-eat bread is a big draw. I had the pate can after a long time, and I want to come back for more. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) I'll be back! ヽ(`∀´)ノ

The atmosphere of the shop is definitely what you'd expect from a place in Yaesu! The bread is expensive, so I wouldn't buy it regularly, but it's good for souvenirs. I bought the Ligne (¥390) - a baguette made with inner wheat, using a 湯種 method that gives it a chewy, almost tearful texture. The flavor was decent, not particularly aromatic, but it paired well with cheese. The Trevis Fromage (¥570) - for a cheese to go with Trevis marinade, Raclette might be too much, but I would have preferred something like Maribo. The cheese they used was... well, let's just say it had a sense of style, but choosing Gouda felt like they prioritized price over quality. The graininess of the bread and the combination of ingredients were better than I expected, but ¥570 is definitely a location premium. The Ficelle (¥410) - this was actually a baton chocolat wrapped in a Danish pastry, but it was just chocolate rolled in dough, so it felt more like a pie than a Danish. However, the pastry was thin and beautifully layered, with a nice crunch. The baton chocolat inside was Valrhona chocolate, which gave it a richer cocoa flavor and aroma than your typical baton chocolat. This was my favorite.

I visited this store for the first time. I don't think I'll be going back. I usually go to the store in Shin-Marunouchi Building, but this store was better in terms of space and distance from other customers. However, the bread buffet service was incredibly slow. I was sitting at the counter, so I could see almost the entire open kitchen. Because of this, I couldn't see any signs of them preparing the bread. I asked twice if it was ready, but they just said they were still preparing it. Honestly, I felt like they could have used one or two more staff members, as they seemed overwhelmed. The bread is delicious, and I sometimes go to places specifically for their bread buffets. This experience was just disappointing.

The lunch was not bad, but it was a bit monotonous. You could get refills on the bread, but the types were all similar and didn't offer much variety. The butter was also served after I asked for a refill, which made it even less appealing. I chose pork for the meat, but the portion was large and again, a bit repetitive. I wish they would consider a more balanced menu. However, the vegetables served alongside the meat were delicious. They stood out against the simple dishes and were quite enjoyable. The simple seasoning highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients, and I was satisfied.

Salad Lunch (Bread Buffet) ¥1980 Employee ID card from nearby buildings entitles you to a complimentary drink. This was my second time dining in. The salad was quite substantial and beautifully presented. On this occasion, it was a shrimp tartare-like salad. My friend doesn't like mayonnaise, and they were kind enough to offer an alternative ingredient! It's been a year since my last visit, and it feels like the price has gone up a bit... It was also disappointing that the bread didn't include any with nuts or dried fruits like last time. It's a great place to enjoy a special lunch in a stylish setting!
