This restaurant is located inside the Yaesu Central Gate of Tokyo Station. It's a counter-only establishment with a bright and stylish atmosphere. I ordered the shoyu ramen with an egg. At ¥1,530, it's a bit pricey considering the current economic climate and the location, but the rich chicken broth was flavorful and delightful. The soup was refined and gentle, yet not bland, with a depth of flavor that left a good impression. It was a delicious meal! Thank you!
【Food is a Visual Experience】 A popular ramen shop located within Tokyo Station. Soy Sauce Ramen - ¥1,300 Is this a Tokyo price? It's definitely not cheap. The shop only has counter seating. It was run by two female staff members who provided kind and courteous service. The soup is soy sauce based, but it's rich and thick with a lot of oil. The noodles are thin, straight noodles. They go well with the soup and are easy to slurp. The char siu is thinly sliced roast pork with a rare level of doneness. The soup was delicious and I wanted to finish it all, but it was richer than I expected and I couldn't drink it all. It was one of the most intensely soy sauce flavored ramen I've ever had. Ramen prices are now often over ¥1,000. It seems like they need to focus on making the taste worth the price.
**Shoyu Ramen:** ¥1,300 "Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q", a popular shop in Sapporo that rose to fame with its shoyu ramen instead of miso, finally opened in Tokyo Station in 2020! Last time I had their limited-time salt ramen, but this time I went for the standard shoyu ramen! It was a weekday evening, so there was no wait and I was seated right away! The ramen is as beautiful as the sleek and stylish interior. The clear shoyu broth is a delight to the palate, with the aroma of chicken oil spreading throughout the mouth and lingering long after the first sip. The aftertaste is layered with the rich flavors of five different types of soy sauce, making it incredibly delicious. It has a sharp edge, but it's not harsh, instead offering a delicate balance. Perhaps it's the magic of the carefully selected ingredients. The noodles are flat, made with Hokkaido wheat. They're smooth and slurpy, with a medium-high hydration level and a nice aroma. These are definitely my kind of noodles! The toppings are simple: chashu, menma, and green onions. The green onions, in particular, are a perfect complement to the refined ramen. I devoured it in no time! It's not just elegant, but also deeply flavorful. Google reviews seem to be mixed, but I don't see anything particularly bad about it... Even among the currently trendy chicken broth shoyu ramen, this one is definitely top-tier. The slightly higher price is probably justified by the use of high-quality ingredients.
Today, I'm introducing "Nippon Ramen Rin Tokyo" located in Gransta Tokyo, Tokyo Station! ♪ Tabelog Score: ☆★☆★☆3.74☆★☆★☆ It's a place I've been wanting to go to for a long time 😃 It's inside the ticket gates of Tokyo Station, so you need a JR ticket or entrance ticket to enter (lol) I learned about this place in February this year. When I went to Sapporo for the Snow Festival, I wanted to go to "Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q," but it was in the basement and there was a line spilling out onto the street. It was freezing cold in Sapporo in February🥶 I decided not to wait in line and gave up... Just when I thought I should go to Sapporo and try again soon!! I learned that this place, produced by the same people, was in Tokyo Station, so I went to check it out^^ I thought it would be crowded like Ramen Street and I'd have to wait, but it was a weekday around 8:00 PM and there was no wait! ✨ I ordered the Shoyu Ramen🍜 + Ajitama🥚 ◆◇◆Nippon Ramen Rin Tokyo◆◇◆ Shoyu Ramen🍜 / Price: ¥1,300 Ajitama🥚 / ¥230 ◆Address: Gransta Tokyo B1F, 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo ◆Access: Gin no Suzu Area, Tokyo Station, near Yaesu Underground Central Exit 44m from Tokyo Station ◆Business Hours: [Mon] - [Sat] [Holidays] 10:00 - 22:00 [Sun] 10:00 - 21:00 Public holidays on the last day of a consecutive holiday: 10:00 - 21:00 ◆Closed Days Business hours and closed days may change, so please check with the store before visiting. First of all, the soup was insanely delicious 😂 According to my research, the soup is made with only domestic chickens, including "Shintoku Chicken" from Hokkaido, "Amakusa Daioh" from Kumamoto Prefecture, "Tanba Kurodori" from Hyogo Prefecture, "Hakata Chicken" from Fukuoka Prefecture, and "Nagoya Cochin" from Aichi Prefecture. It's a very high-quality soup, luxurious and simply delicious!! This price is reasonable for a regular ramen🍜💡 The noodles are homemade using Hokkaido wheat. The Ajitama was super runny!! Definitely a repeat customer!! It was a very delicious dish!! Thank you for the meal😋
It was a stylish and elegant ramen. I found this place while wandering around Tokyo Station looking for a place to eat. If you go in with the typical "ramen" image, you might think it's a bit different. The overall combination of the flavorful broth, the delicate and refined soup, and the firm noodles was excellent. Both the salt and soy sauce flavors were gentle, which I really liked. The interior, tableware, and cutlery all matched the taste perfectly. The price was a bit higher than usual, probably due to the influx of tourists. However, I was satisfied with the ramen and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It's also easy to find near the ticket gate, and the fact that the restroom is close by was a plus! 笑
