Conveniently located near Tokyo Station. The food and sake were delicious, and the courses start at around ¥10,000, making it easy to enjoy. I think it's more worthwhile to use the kappo (traditional Japanese cuisine) than the standing bar. I want to go back again.

Although I only stayed for an hour, the staff was very friendly and recommended various types of sake. It was a great place to have a quick drink standing up, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

The entrance is a standing bar area with a counter. There are counter seats and private rooms in the back. The food and drinks are both very delicious. The staff is also very friendly. The price is a bit on the higher side, but I was very satisfied.

A stand-up bar-style Japanese sake and Japanese cuisine restaurant located on the 3rd floor of Midtown Yaesu. You can choose your favorite sake from the counter and drink it by the glass. They apparently have over 60 types of sake available at all times. I don't know the price per shot. It starts at 600 yen, but I wonder what the upper limit is... scary. They have small snacks and even sushi. It seems they share the kitchen with a sister Japanese restaurant. They open relatively early. It seems to get crowded in the evening, so an early visit is recommended. The staff inside the counter will explain the sake to you.

My first visit to Tokyo Midtown Yaesu led me to this spot. I enjoyed a selection of fine sake at the brand-new counter, standing and savoring delicious snacks. Looking around, I noticed many familiar faces from other Moto establishments. The staff, of course, are knowledgeable about sake and provided concise explanations of the characteristics of the brands I ordered, pouring them into my glass. I learned that there's a kappo (Japanese cuisine) space behind the counter where you can enjoy a course meal. I was able to take a peek on my way out and was impressed by the beautiful, luxurious white wood counter table. The space was very chic. I definitely want to try the kappo space next time.
