October 8, 2024 (Tuesday) First visit to La Brianza, a restaurant selected for the 2023 edition of Tabelog's "Italian Restaurants in Tokyo: Top 100". I made a reservation through Tabelog. Location: Roppongi Hills Residence C Building, 3F, 6-12-3 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo Orders (including tax): - MASTERS DREAM ¥900 【Lunch】Piccolo (4-course weekday lunch course) - A short course featuring our specialty dish ¥3,000 ① Salad-style appetizer Mussels and couscous pasta. The red and yellow paprika sauce adds a nice accent and is delicious! ② Our specialty dish - Truffle and egg baked in the oven They slice the truffle in front of you. ③ Choice of pasta Neapolitan ragù sauce. It's exactly my taste. I think this could be a specialty dish too! ④ Choice of dessert (with coffee after the meal) Organic pumpkin pudding. As the name suggests, it's rich and full of pumpkin flavor! It's also quite a large portion. The food is of course excellent, but the service is also great, highly recommended. Definitely visit if you have the chance! I visited for lunch on a weekday since I had the day off. The service is simply excellent! The timing, distance, and attentiveness are all perfect. I also mentioned my food allergies on the day of my visit, and they were able to make adjustments perfectly. I'm so grateful. The food is worth seeing in the photos. It's a testament to their meticulous work. The lunch course was 4,500 yen. I enjoyed it very much!

This restaurant in Roppongi had been on my radar for a while, so I made a reservation for a weekday lunch with friends to celebrate a birthday. ◆ Lunch PROVARE ¥4500 ∟ Selected Fresh Oysters 1P ¥500 ∟ Special Wagyu Beef Sirloin Grill ¥500 ・ Today's Appetizer ・ Truffle and Egg Baked in the Oven ・ Choice of Pasta: Today's Pasta (This day it was Mackerel and Eggplant) ・ Choice of Main Course: Special Wagyu Beef Sirloin ・ Choice of Dessert: This time, a Birthday Plate ¥1000/plate Since it was a celebration, we opted for fresh oysters and an upgraded main course, and it turned out to be an incredibly satisfying lunch course. Every dish was incredibly delicious, and I was moved. The truffle, which I had been looking forward to, was shaved in front of us, and the aroma was amazing. The combination of the creamy, half-cooked egg and truffle was luxurious... It was perfect for a celebration, and also ideal for a girls' get-together. I really liked it, so I'll definitely be back.

I visited this restaurant after seeing it recommended by a famous sommelier on YouTube. I was curious to try it out. **What I ate:** - Lunch Course: Provare (5 courses) ¥4,500 1. Today's Salad-Style Appetizer 2. Truffle and Egg Baked in the Oven 3. Pescatore/Paprika Pasta 4. Grilled Black Angus Beef Sirloin (+¥500) 5. Dessert: Tiramisu - 2 glasses of white wine, 1 glass of red wine Every dish was perfectly cooked, leaving nothing to be desired. While they use luxurious ingredients, I was also impressed by the incredible cooking. The signature truffle baked in the oven had an amazing aroma and paired perfectly with the white wine. The beef steak was cooked to perfection, with the perfect char. The pasta and the tiramisu dessert were also all incredibly delicious. The glasses of wine were all delicious and paired perfectly with the food. The San Giovese red wine in particular was so good I wanted to buy some for home. For a lunch course at ¥4,500, I think it's a testament to their hard work. The staff were also attentive and provided service with the right amount of distance. I definitely want to visit again the next time I'm in Tokyo.

A renowned Italian restaurant located within Roppongi Hills, consistently selected as one of the top 100 Italian restaurants in Japan. I made a reservation for 8 PM on a weekday, but it was fully booked, showcasing its immense popularity! The location attracts a lot of people in suits, but there were also a few groups of women enjoying their time together. They offer a 4-course, 7-course, and two 8-course options with different ingredients. While 4 courses felt a bit too light, 8 courses seemed excessive for my appetite, so I opted for the 7-course "Provare" menu at ¥7,800. It included amuse-bouche, cold appetizer, specialty dish, pasta, main course (meat), and dessert, providing a satisfying volume. The cold appetizer, a sea bream carpaccio with fennel and white asparagus, was particularly memorable. The combination of flavors was exquisite. The creamy new onion and sesame lemon sauce, along with the refreshing wasabi sauce, complemented the dish perfectly. I was also looking forward to their specialty, the truffle and egg baked dish, and it came with a performance of them generously shaving black truffle over the dish right in front of me! However, a considerable amount of truffle ended up scattered on the table, and they didn't wipe it up afterwards. I wasn't sure if I should have asked them to clean it or what the proper etiquette was, which was a bit confusing. The taste was delicious though, and it paired well with the bread. There were a few minor service hiccups, like my companion's bread request being forgotten, which made me feel like they could have been a bit more attentive. However, considering the quality of the food, these minor issues were forgivable. It's truly remarkable to find such a high-quality dining experience in Roppongi at this price point! This restaurant is perfect for indulging in a bit of luxury. I'll definitely be returning again. ——✎ Food and Drinks I had—— I've marked the items I particularly enjoyed with a ◎.
