I went for lunch. The atmosphere is great as a craft beer place, but they are understaffed and the service is slow. I waited over 30 minutes for my order and ended up canceling and leaving. It's just an idea, but if they're struggling, they should reduce the menu. Instead of offering a variety of pasta dishes, they could just have a 'Pasta of the Day'. For beer snacks, they could offer fish and chips, a pickle plate (for one or two people), or even just curry. I hope they do well!
I had the pleasure of dining at both restaurants after a live concert at Zepp. The atmosphere was fantastic for fans, with the band's music playing before the show and even videos being shown on the screens. The food was delicious and perfectly suited to my taste. However, my friend and I made a couple of blunders, spilling drinks and breaking a plate. The staff's response was incredibly kind and professional, leaving us both deeply impressed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and extend our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience.
This was my first visit. It was 7 PM on a weekday, and I was looking for dinner in a place with lots of restaurants. So, I went to Haneda High City for the first time. The parking lot is accessed from the back. It's free for the first 30 minutes, and you get another 30 minutes free if you use a store. So, if you're just grabbing a quick bite, it's likely to be free. After 30 minutes, it's 220 yen, which is relatively inexpensive. At 7 PM on a weekday, the parking lot was practically empty. I looked around at the restaurants, but the only ones open that night were a Chinese restaurant, a tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet) place, a food court-like place, and an Italian restaurant. The Chinese restaurant seemed to be having a private party, so after some deliberation, I decided on this Italian restaurant. The otoshi (appetizer) was 550 yen. Overall, the prices were a bit on the high side. I'm not sure who the target audience is - tourists or salarymen heading home? It doesn't seem like many people stop by after work. They do have several kinds of craft beer, so it might be good for beer lovers. The total bill for two people was 8,770 yen.
I had the lasagna and sizzling curry lunch set. The lasagna was generous in size and packed with cheese! The sizzling curry was flavorful with a blend of spices. The lunch set comes with soup, salad, and a drink, making it a great value. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and the food arrived quickly, which was great!
The pizza wasn't very good, but the salad was delicious. As mentioned in the rating, Saizeriya is better. Lol. They also charge a 500 yen table charge.
