**Ginza Yamaka** 🥰 This is a high-end yakiniku restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, with private rooms. 🥳✨ I had the **'Miyabi'** course for ¥19,000 (I think). 😘 I was taken there for a business dinner. 🥹 Thank you! The luxurious private rooms are chic and elegant, decorated in black. ✨ The menu changes slightly with the seasons. * **Yamaka Specialty: Black Wagyu and Seafood Treasure Box Sushi** → Black Wagyu raw meat, caviar, uni, and ikura...‼︎ It's too luxurious! The fat of the meat melts and it's so delicious...😭😭😭 * **Wagyu and Truffle Sukiyaki Finished in Front of You** → They shave an unbelievable amount of truffle in front of you! 😂 Is this really okay?!🤭 I wasn't a truffle fan before, but after eating the truffle here, it was so delicious that I became a fan! * **Yamaka Cold Noodles** * **Curry** I also had the recommended curry, which is an extra option outside of the course. The meat was cooked thoroughly and the curry was light and perfect for finishing the meal. * **Ice Mochi** The price is definitely on the higher side, but everything was delicious. 🥹 The performance was also great, and the staff takes care of all the meat! If you want to have a leisurely conversation, the staff will come in often, so you might not be able to talk much. But if you're with people you're comfortable with, it's a great place to eat. 😌 I probably drank quite a bit of alcohol, so the bill must have been pretty high... A private room-style yakiniku restaurant where the staff grills everything for you. It's perfect for business dinners, but the only downside is that the conversation might get interrupted since the staff is constantly attending to you. The meat is all delicious, especially the thick-cut tongue and their famous beef katsu sandwich. You can choose between sukiyaki or shabu-shabu, and I opted for sukiyaki, which came with a generous amount of black truffle. You can also choose your own ending to the meal.
We went for lunch with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The meat was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. When I told the chef it was our anniversary, he surprised us at the end, which was truly touching. It was a wonderful anniversary.
