I went for lunch on a weekday. You can choose from pasta, meat, or fish. The price is 1200-1500 yen. I wanted to eat fish, but I gave up because of the price. 😭 I ended up getting the cod roe set. The taste was average. The soup and pickles that came with the set tasted like they were just thrown in. It was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere was nice, but the tables were too close together. The food was average. The atmosphere was the only good thing. I'm not sure if I'll go back. 😅 My colleague ordered the pork. The chunk was so big it looked hard to eat.
【C】Chicken Breast and Kujo Green Onion Japanese-Style Pasta I often find that pasta at other places is too al dente for my liking, but this one was perfectly cooked to my preference, and the sauce was spot-on! (о´∀`о) What stood out most was how happy all the staff seemed to be working. The food was delicious!⭐︎
Plan: Standard + Free Drinks The ingredients were excellent, and every dish in the course was delicious. The charcoal-grilled pork shoulder was particularly well-prepared and very tasty. The pasta was perfectly emulsified with oil and had an exquisite flavor. The service was also outstanding. One thing I noticed was that when large groups came in, it got quite noisy and the restaurant felt a bit cramped.
A great spot tucked away behind the COREDO building, just off the back of Takashimaya in Nihonbashi. You can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine at reasonable prices. The atmosphere inside is also lovely and stylish. Highly recommended Italian restaurant.
I ordered the "Dottari Yakumi-se Buta Shabu Teishoku" (Pork Shabu-shabu Set Meal with Plenty of Seasonings) for 1200 yen, which was the special of the day. ◆ Location… ☆3 It's a 2-minute walk southeast from Nihonbashi Station. Located on the first floor of an 8-story office building, it faces Edo Momiji-dori, a street with less traffic lined with office buildings, a short distance from the wide Eitai-dori where the Tozai Subway Line runs. ◆ Layout and Interior Design… ☆4 Upon entering, there's a 4-seat counter, 7 single tables by the window, 4 four-person tables in the center, and 2 six-person sofa tables. In the back, on a slightly elevated zone, there are 4 four-person tables, and the kitchen is in front of the counter. There are also 3 four-person tables on the outdoor terrace. The interior is stylishly designed like a cafe bar, making good use of the high ceiling. ◆ Operation and Atmosphere… ☆3 The kitchen staff consists of 2 men and 1 woman, while the service staff includes 1 man and 2 women. The staff is attentive to customers, and the restaurant is lively with a lot of young customers. The background music is upbeat dance music, such as Nora En Pure. ◆ Food… ☆3 The salad was delicious, with fresh, crunchy vegetables like purple cabbage, carrots, radishes, lettuce, and mizuna, topped with a slightly thick sauce like Thousand Island dressing. The pork shabu-shabu was described as having plenty of seasonings on the menu, but perhaps because it's a Western-style restaurant, there were no Japanese-style seasonings like myoga (ginger). However, there were plenty of vegetables like cabbage and watercress, and the meat was substantial, making for a satisfying meal. The rice was cooked relatively firm, giving it a nice aroma and texture. The soup was consommé, but it contained vegetables like carrots, making it quite satisfying. The stylish atmosphere of the restaurant and the hearty, filling food… I understand why it's so popular.
