I went to TiMi!! I had been eyeing TiMi at the Shibuya Tokyu Food Show for a while. They have limited-time items available until July 17th, and this one is exclusive to the Shibuya Tokyu Food Show. I had to try it. Their baked tiramisu, baked Mont Blanc, and cheese cake fondue are apparently very popular. But I'm weak when it comes to seasonal and store-limited items. I got the Setouchi Lemon Cake for ¥497, the Ehime Prefecture Orange Cake for ¥519, and the Setouchi Lemon Cake Cheese Fondue for ¥719. The prices are inclusive of tax, which is nice. I ate it at home. My daughter ate the orange cake. "Ugh! It's so sweet!" she exclaimed. I tried it too. It was sweet. 😅 My daughter was removing the sugar coating from the outside of the orange cake. "Ah, this is good." Our family isn't really into sweets. People who have a sweet tooth and love strong coffee might like it. The lemon cake had a normal sweetness. I ate the lemon cheese cake fondue. Hmm, it was an interesting flavor. If I was going to try this place for the first time, I should have just gotten the popular items... They're probably delicious. This store has so many baked goods, it's hard to choose. A good kind of problem to have.

Due to its location, it can take time to purchase during busy hours, but the staff is kind and I didn't feel stressed. Bringing a fresh cake home requires some care, but since this is a baked good, it's nice that it's easy to take home and store. While the texture isn't fluffy, the unique ingredients and the skillful use of soft, smooth creams create a complex texture. The Mont Blanc features large chunks of candied chestnuts, and the use of both regular chestnut and Tianjin chestnut cream shows the care that went into it. I enjoyed the different flavors. Other cakes also have their own stories, so it might be nice to browse the pamphlet while you wait for your order. They also have a wide selection of cookies and galettes.

TIMI, a bakery known for its daily sellouts, is incredibly popular! I've never been to the main branch in Hanzomon, but this was my first visit. I got the baked tiramisu, which I'd heard was delicious. They recommend warming it up, but I ate it cold. The cold temperature made the texture dense and rich, with a heightened intensity of flavor. It was absolutely delicious! The inside has a layer of fresh chocolate, which is also very rich. It's more like a baked good or a gateau chocolat than a traditional tiramisu, with a hint of tartness. It was a truly delightful dessert! They were also sold out of the Mont Blanc and cheesecake, which made me want to try them even more! 😍😍😍

I visited in July 2021 and bought a cheesecake fondue. It was like a cream puff, with a cheesecake inside and a bread-like exterior. It was moderately sweet and delicious.

Limited to 30 servings per day. I saw it on TV and decided to wait in line. It was more like a cheese cake than a cheese fondue.
