I arrived around 2:30 PM on a weekday and waited for about 30 minutes. I had the avocado brioche toast, a half-size Mont Blanc, and a special flavored tea. Although I was told the seating was limited to 90 minutes, I was able to stay for about 2.5 hours. However, it seems like the 90-minute limit is generally enforced, so you might not be able to linger too long. I would have liked to stay a bit longer. The Mont Blanc was delicious, as always, and I love Angelina. The avocado toast was also beautiful. By the time I left, the Mont Blanc for takeout was sold out, so if you want to take some home, it's best to purchase it beforehand.

I went to Angelina, a long-established Mont Blanc shop, which recently opened in Harajuku. I was lucky enough to get in without waiting, but I heard there are usually long lines, so be warned. I ordered the Classic Mont Blanc, the limited-edition Coconut Mont Blanc, and shared them with a friend. They were absolutely delicious! The Coconut Mont Blanc was quite sweet, so I preferred the Classic Mont Blanc. I recommend the two-seater table with a view of the street. It was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave! Haha.

• Mont Blanc Soft Serve ¥800 Located on the second floor of "Harajuku Kado", a mixed-use complex in Harajuku, is a popular Parisian tea salon. I went to try their new soft serve, which is available exclusively in Japan. While there might be a wait for dine-in, the soft serve is only available for takeout and was ready immediately after ordering. Made with luxurious French chestnuts, it has a smooth texture and a very elegant flavor. The waffle cone was also crispy and delicious. It's a bit pricey for ice cream, so how about treating yourself to it on a hot day? ┈┈┈┈┈ Store Information ┈┈┈┈┈┈ 🕒 Hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Last order 8:00 PM) 🗓️ Closed: Follows facility schedule 🚃 Access: 1 minute walk from Meiji-jingumae Station, Exit 4 💰 Budget: ~¥999 🛜 Other: No power outlets or Wi-Fi / Cash, card, and QR code payments accepted ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈

The tea and Mont Blanc together cost 1900 yen. It was a holiday and a recently popular Parisian-style cafe, so I waited for 30 minutes to an hour. Regarding the taste, the tea was a Mont Blanc tea, so it had a slightly sweet aroma and a refreshing aftertaste, making me feel autumn. As a sweet tooth, I enjoyed the Mont Blanc until the end, but the chocolate on top of the Mont Blanc and the meringue inside went well together, making for a nice palate cleanser. The Mont Blanc itself was thick and melted in my mouth. I think it's good to eat it with the meringue inside. I'm curious about the other flavors, so I'd like to try other stores.

A famous Mont Blanc shop from Paris has returned to Japan. The line for the eat-in area stretched all the way to the first floor, so I reluctantly decided to take it to go and eat it on the rooftop terrace. It's quite a large portion, so the regular size is definitely too much. They seem to have a half-size available exclusively in Japan, which I recommend. Even that was a bit much though. This time I chose the chocolate Mont Blanc, which is also apparently exclusive to Japan. It cost 790 yen. The chocolate was rich and very delicious. Inside the Mont Blanc, there was cream and meringue at the bottom. It's quite sweet, so a drink is essential. They were having an event with Ayataka green tea, so they were handing out free Ayataka, which was a lifesaver. There are trash cans on the rooftop, which is very helpful. They accept cards.
