"This cafe has a pretty good vibe, don't you think?" We walk through the bustling streets of Ginza and enter "Cafe Ohana" with my male friend. We always come here at this time after work to unwind and relax our tired bodies. The interior has a somewhat sterile concrete feel, but the music from Hawaiian radio station KSSK plays in the background, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. This contrast is what makes it the perfect hideaway for us. "Honey cinnamon latte?" my friend asks with a laugh. He's younger than me, almost like a kid, but we get along surprisingly well. "Nah, I think I'll go with a cafe latte today," I reply as we head to our usual spot. From our window seat, we can catch a glimpse of the Ginza night view. The contrast between the vibrant cityscape and this tranquil cafe somehow gives us a sense of peace. "Today's meeting was pretty tough," he murmurs. I nod in agreement and reflect on my own day. "Yeah, I was running around all day at work, but coming here always makes me feel relaxed." Despite the age difference, we really get along. We have a lot of common interests, and our thoughts and values are similar, so we never run out of things to talk about. The fact that he's my "younger friend" was a bit surprising at first, but now it feels comfortable. It's pretty rare to find someone you can spend time with like this, regardless of age. "Time just flies by when we're talking like this," he laughs. I look at his smile and realize something. Spending time at this cafe isn't just about taking a break; it's about resetting my mind. No matter how busy my day is, coming here always seems to reset something within me. Against the backdrop of Ginza's glittering cityscape, we savor our time at Cafe Ohana. The Hawaiian radio music gently envelops our conversation. I realize again that the important thing is to find moments like this where I can calm my mind. I think spending time here with him, relaxing and enjoying ourselves, will continue to be a source of comfort in my daily life. I gaze up at the peaceful night sky above Ginza and think to myself.

Cafe Ohana, located just a minute's walk from Ginza Station, is a hidden gem in Ginza. I went there for the first time at a friend's suggestion. The cafe has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I only had wine this time, but the lunch menu looked delicious. It's open late, so it's perfect for a night cafe. I definitely want to go back and try it again. It's open until 10:30 pm from Tuesday to Saturday.

On Saturdays, many cafes close at 8 pm, but Ohana stays open until 10 pm, which was a huge help! 👏👏 The cafe is cozy but has sofa seating, and the cake set and cinnamon toast were delicious. 🍀

A cozy cafe in Ginza with a relaxed atmosphere. It's located on the top floor of a building tucked away on a side street. I've been there for both lunch and coffee. The bread was crispy and very delicious. The coffee had a nice bitterness and low acidity, which is exactly what I like. It can get crowded depending on the time of day, but I went around 5 pm and it was empty.

Located in an old mixed-use building, the entrance is easy to miss amidst the vibrant Ginza district. Look out for the signboard. The food is reasonably priced for being right in the heart of Ginza, delicious, and the interior is stylish with a West Coast vibe, making it a comfortable place to be. *Toilet Information: As it's in an old building, the toilet is a shared, unisex, single-room facility located on the landing of the stairs. This cafe-restaurant is recommended for those who don't mind that.*
